Ca' del Cortile

Tutto sommato è accogliente e il prezzo è ottimo per Venezia. Molto ben servito.

Pro: Posizione rapporto qualità e prezzo eccellente. Buona disponibilità da parte del personale hanno portato le valigie al 2* piano. 100 mt. dalla Fenice e 600 mt. Da Piazza S. Marco. Supermercato Despar a 20 mt. Gentilissimo l’host ha lasciato zucchero caffè olio aceto sale. Sarebbe consigliato un piccolo cornetto o microonde per cucinare piatti pronti. Bella la terrazza molto romantica. Comodo il vaporetto fermata S. Angelo linea 1 da ferrovia S. Lucia e da Tronchetto linea 2 poi cambio a ferrovia S.Lucia linea 1 (anche da Rialto ma ci sono i gradini del ponte per chi ha le valigie é scomoda).

Contro: Mancanza di un microonde o un fornetto per riscaldare piatti pronti.

Pro: Posizione centrale, appartamento luminoso e accogliente

Contro: Bagno da rivedere nella rubinetteria

Pro: Federica was an absolutely wonderful host—warm, accommodating, and flexible with our arrival time, which we greatly appreciated. We loved our cozy little space, staying in the downstairs unit. While the shower-over-toilet setup might not suit everyone, it worked perfectly fine for us. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better. A solid 10/10 experience all around!

Cosy Stay Near the Heart of Venice

Pro: We had a pleasant stay at Ca' del Cortile. The apartment was clean, cosy, and perfectly suited for our time in Venice. Its location was great — just a short walk from Piazza San Marco and the city center, which made exploring very convenient. The only downside was the bathroom setup. It was tucked into a very small corner of the apartment, and the shower was positioned directly over the toilet, which made it a bit uncomfortable and cramped to use. That said, overall the apartment worked well for our needs and made for an enjoyable stay in Venice.

Contro: Showering facilities that were a bit uncomfortable but manageable.

Pro: Check-in was easy. Our host emailed a place and time to meet. Location was excellent. We had a big private terrace and a shared terrace to use. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked well.

Contro: Insect screens could use repair.

Pro: We stayed in a ground floor studio. Space is small but was comfortable for a short stay. Outdoor space was great. Location fantastic. The accommodation would benefit from wine glasses and a sharp knife in the kitchenette. Thank you Federica.
