Pro: Colazione non inclusa. Posizione molto privilegiata in centro città con tutti i servizi e le attrazioni raggiungibili in breve tempo a piedi

Ci siamo sentiti molto felici. Raccomandabile al 100%.
Pro: L’appartamento ha due bagni e due camere da letto separate. Ottimo gusto nella decorazione dell'appartamento ed anche questo è molto funzionale. E l'attenzione della hostess è eccezionale.
Contro: È stato tutto benissimo.

Pro: La struttura assegnataci era confortevole, pulita e spaziosa, situata in una zona tranquilla e videosorveglia. L'host Esmeralda, già dal primo contatto telefonico, è stata molto gentile e cordiale nel fornire accoglienza e informazioni sui luoghi circostanti, su come spostarci al meglio per raggiungere i principali monumenti da visitare e sugli eventi programmati da poter seguire durante la nostra permanenza (in data 2-3 giugno: 68 regata delle antiche repubbliche marinare). Ci ha lasciato un buon margine rispetto al check-out e ci ha salutato invitandoci a tornare presto per continuare ad apprezzare la straordinaria bellezza di questa città galleggiante, la sua moltitudine di monumenti, opere d'arte...perchè ogni angolo nasconde una curiosità, una leggenda, un dettaglio da fotografare e portare a casa con sè.
Contro: La presenza di zanzare e di una scalinata piuttosto ripida per raggiungere il piano della locazione.

Pro: The most amazing location in the heart of the city between Rialto and S Mark’s sq. We also enjoyed the spacious apt and the two full size bathrooms which is a luxury. Also: just a few stairs to the apartment ( 1st floor). Best part is the personal touch of Esmeralda coming to pick you up from the boat station. She showed us the apartment and had a chat about restaurants and the dos and don’ts of Venice. She is such a sweetheart!
Contro: If you are looking for a luxury establishment it usually comes with a price. This one was a hot deal comparing size, price and rating. The apt is clean and comfortable with all you need but it’s more on the basic side of things. I m not saying it’s bad or anything like this but if you are looking for spectacular views of canals, chandeliers and velvet drapes try somewhere else.

Sehr geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage.
Pro: Freundliche Vermieterin. 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Sehr gute Lage (15 Minuten zum Markusplatz). Viele Restaurants und ein Supermarkt in der Nähe. Die Vermieterin hat uns sogar einen zweiten Schlüssel gegeben. Salz, Zucker Öl …. Waren in der Küche vorhanden. Es waren genug Teller Becher vorhanden. Leider gab es wenig Kochgeschirr, nur 2 sehr große Töpfe von denen einer schmutzig war, und einen sehr kleinen Topf. Die Wohnung war schlecht beheizt und es war am Abend sehr kalt. Der Wasserkocher war sehr verkalkt. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer gab es keinen Kleiderkasten.

Hôte exceptionnelle, super rapport qualité prix
Pro: L’hôte de l’établissement, Esmeralda, était exceptionnelle. Elle est venue nous chercher au vaporetto, nous a conduit à l’appartement, nous a décrit l’appartement et donné une carte et des adresses à visiter, etc. Une super belle touche humaine!l’appartement était vaste, bien équipé, deux salles de bain complète, frigo et tout.
Contro: Le matelas était très rigide. Autrement c’était fabuleux!

En veldig bra leilighet!
Pro: Beliggenheter var veldig bra. Det var kort vei til de fleste stedene vi skulle besøke. Det var to gode soverom med hver sitt bad.
Contro: Det var ikke røykvarsler eller brannslukkingsapparat i leiligheten.
