A bright, spacious and quiet apartment on the Giudecca island just across from San Marco.

Pro: The apartment located on the Giudecca island in the Molino Stucky complex was bright and quiet with a very comfortable bed, it was generally well equipped. It was pleasant to escape the busy San Marco area to find an elegant place minutes away by vaporetto. There were several excellent local restaurants and food stores near by.

Contro: The kitchen cabinet was broken, there were no kitchen towels to dry dishes and no glove for the oven. The fabric on the armchair was torn and covered with a small sheet. A few easy fixes to make it excellent.

The perfect flat if you are to spend more than a couple of days in Venice or travelling with family.

Pro: I liked the easy communication through booking app, the appartment was very bright and spacious which was perfect since I was working on the computer during the day and could use the space. It is close to the vaporetto stop and felt very safe.

Contro: There are only two pairs of towels and I stayed there a week so they were quite soggy at the end of my stay.

La Giudecca toujours aussi exaltante... Un appartement qui sera parfait une fois rafraîchi...

Pro: Loger à la Giudecca à Venise est toujours le meilleur choix qu'on puisse faire. Le lieu reste toujours à l'écart des principaux flots touristiques et donc d'un calme vraiment appréciable surtout quand on pense que l'île offre les vues les plus admirables sur la ville. À la Giudecca, l'énorme ensemble du Mulino Stucky (dont la moitié est occupée par l'hôtel Hilton) offre l'avantage d'un confort moderne.

Contro: Pour le coup, l'appartement mériterait un rafraîchissement certain et par rapport à d'autres logements que j'ai pu habiter dans le même ensemble, celui là laissait un peu à désirer sur certains points de détail (porte de placard décrochée, équipement un peu limité ou en état vraiment usé : cafetière sans anse, pas de machine à café, machine à laver hors d'usage...). Il ne faudrait pas grand chose, mais au prix proposé, ça serait une bonne chose de faire cet effort...

Pro: Mieszkanie mieści się na wyspie Giudecca, co oznacza dostęp tylko za pomocą komunikacji miejskiej. Lokal jest czysty, obszerny, dobrze wyposażony, położony w spokojnej okolicy w ładnym miejscu na 4. piętrze.

Contro: Uszkodzony był bidet i nie działała pralka przy czym z mojej perspektywy (niespełna 4 dniowy pobyt) nie były to istotne niedogodności.

Un superbe séjour 👌

Pro: Appartement très bien situé, propre, climatisé et fonctionnel. Proche de la plage du Lido et du centre de Venise ainsi que des îles Murano et Burano ! Le quartier est chic et surtout très très calme. Il y’a des stores dans la chambre ! Tout était bien pensé. Je vous le conseille vivement !

Contro: J’aurais aimé avoir un peu plus d’oreillers mais je n’en ai pas fait la demande.

Ruhige Lage

Pro: Schöne ruhige Lage auf der Giudecca abseits vom Touristenrummel. Nette Lokale und Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe. Mit dem Vaporetto ist man schnell im Zentrum.

Contro: Leider fehlen in der Wohnung Fensterläden oder verdunkelnde Vorhänge. Auch im Schlafzimmer gibt's schöne große Fenster. Schon frühmorgens scheint die Sonne direkt ins Gesicht und nachts die Beleuchtung vom Molino Stucky.Ohne Schlafmaske wäre Schlafen sehr schwierig gewesen.Sehr schade! Das müsste nachgebessert werden.
