Deluxe Apartments Lagoon View

Pro: Premetto che soggiorno a Venezia in media ogni tre mesi. L'appartamento dove siamo stati tre notti è piuttosto spazioso, con un soggiorno con vista su Sacca Fisola e la laguna. Il bagno, in rapporto alla media degli appartamenti veneziani, è grande e pulito. La camera ha due finestre su Sacca Fisola e sul cortile dell'Hilton. Apparentemente molto recente, è confortevole, asciutto e curato. Il nostro poi era al 5o piano (con ascensore), piuttosto inusuale per la città. La Giudecca è un mondo a parte rispetto a Venezia, con pochi turisti e veri residenti.

Contro: Solo un dettaglio: l'insistenza nelle comunicazioni, con un eccesso di messaggi in buona parte destinati a ricordarci di lasciare i contanti per la tassa di soggiorno e a chiedere quando prevedevamo di lasciare l'appartamento (l'orario di checkout peraltro era alle 10 di mattina, non proprio elastico)...

Pro: Il panorama, la posizione, appartamento spazioso e luminoso.

Contro: La macchinetta del caffè non funziona e mancano le pantofole. Basterebbe dirlo !

Pro: appartamento luminoso, spazioso ed elegante, dotato di tutti i comfort. posizione e vista bellissima sulla laguna.

Pro: The apartment is really nice. Location is perfect, Guidecca is so nice and the view on the water is just good. I loved that there were so many pillows so that I slept very well. Also loved the feature that you could connect your music to all rooms in the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a great stay in Venice.

Pro: Nice and clean apartment on Giudecca with short walk to vaporetto. Comfy bed. Good shower/bathroom. Kitchen equipped for basic needs, all essentials found. Lovely views and quiet neighbourhood. Nice restaurants and grocery store in walking distance. Friendly and flexible host, great communications. If you are looking for an apartment on Giudecca, stop looking and book this.

Contro: All was as advertised and it was great to see host listens to feedback e.g. now there were wine glasses and coffee filter.

Great host, and amazing apartment.

Pro: Very friendly and helpful host. Large enough for two people to feel very comfortable. Lovely views from the windows. 10 minutes from the normal waterbuses, 2 minutes from the airport waterbuses.

Pro: Reluctant to share how nice it is incase it's not available to book haha This hotel is one of the nicest places we have stayed and we have been all over the world. The island is away from the hustle and bustle, it has everything you need.
