Pro: The apartament is best we've had so far. As I mentioned once to the owner it is appropriate for Royal family. It has two huge bedrooms (one ensuite), huge kitchen and proper size living room. There are all needed amenities in the apartament like kitchen equipment including juicer, coffe maker or small bathroom cosmetics, hair dryer and an iron. The apartament has even got a balcony. It is located at the Campo San Maurizio which is quiet and it is very close to all city attractions. Up on our arrival there was Amir waiting for us in front of the building, very comunicative and helpful lad, who showed us the apartament and gave some good hints where to eat proper italian pizza or what is good to see in Venice without any crowds. I can definitely recommend this place to everybody.

Contro: Length of our stay, it should have been longer :)

Amazing family stay in Venice

Pro: Excellent and very centralised location, 10 minutes walk to San Marco and the same to the Rialto. High standards apartment with very well distibuted rooms, perfect for a family of four. The team of the rental agency was very friendly, helpful and readily available when we needed them.

Contro: Nothing negative to report here.

Pro: とても美しく、清潔で足りないものがないぐらい必要なものがそろった素晴らしいアパートでした。ホストの方の対応もよかったです。場所もプライベートフェリーの船着き場からも、サンマルコ広場からも近いという便利な場所でしたが周りは静かでゆっくりと滞在できることができました。

Contro: メインバスルームのシャワーの温度が日によって調節が少しむずかしかったことぐらいです。

Perfekt für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt in Venedig.

Pro: Die Wohnung ist besser als auf den Fotos. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und wir bekamen viele gute Tipps (danke, Enrica). Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Markusplatz und der nächsten Haltestelle der Vaporettos entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls in der Nähe.

Contro: Die Nachbarn im Obergeschoss waren teilweise sehr laut. Nach einem kurzen Gespräch nahm man aber mehr Rücksicht.

Was a great accommodation for a short stay. Good breakfast at Il Cafe right around the corner.

Pro: Very central and easy to reach. Lots of bars and restaurants in close walking distance.

Pro: Tolle Unterkunft. Großzügig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gute Lage.

Contro: Das Zimmer war um 15:30 Uhr leider noch nicht gereinigt und bezugsbereit. Um 16:30 war es jedoch dann fertig, als Ausgleich hatten wir eine Fahrt mit dem Wassertaxi erhalten (sehr fair).
