Soggiorno indimenticabile

Pro: Il miglior appartamento che ho trovato a Venezia, moderno ultra accessoriato, letti comodi, aria condizionata, arredamenti nuovi insomma perfetto così come la posizione, vaporetto a cinque minuti di distanza, ma comodo per raggiungere a piedi sia San Marco che Rialto

Contro: Nulla tutto perfetto

Pro: The place, the house and the kindeness of the owner- Liana, allways ready to help in everything. She is wonderful.

A very enjoyable 4 nights close to the ferry stops and gondola rides with a safe and comfortable apartment to stay in.

Pro: Very close to the ferry stops and san Marco. There were restaurants and bars and shopping within 5 minutes walking distance. We even saw the Four Seasons Vivaldi concert at a nearby church. The shower was hot and the pressure was good. Luanne the landlady met us at almost midnight at the Giglio ferry stop and took us to the property. She even got us milk and bread at my request and gave us jam and Nutella sachets as well as tea and coffee powder to use. Well appointed apartment.

Contro: The toaster would not work. The sockets for the microwave and the toaster were quite far for a small person. We didn’t need A/C but it was in both the rooms. The 2nd bedroom had a single bed which we knew about in advance. We could not leave our baggage after 10am but we were told where the baggage lockers were.

Pro: The location was excellent — close to everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. It was also very well equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

Venice is a magical city!

Pro: Host was super responsive. Apartment was immaculate. Everything you need for a short stay. In a quiet though central part of town.

This was the best apartment we found in Western Europe.

Pro: This was the best apartment we found in Western Europe. It was newly renovated, well-equipped, with comfortable beds, modern kitchen, and new furnishings. It is located in a quiet area while still close to San Marco and Rialto, with the vaporetto five minutes away. Liana is the best of hosts; she met us to guide us to the apartment, and checked via texts on following days to see if we needed anything.

Contro: Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Pro: El apartamento está muy bien, muy tranquilo, buena localización y magnífica atención. Un 10 a todo.

Pro: Apartament czysty, komfortowy, świetnie wyposażony, ze samkiem i detalami. Lokalizacja idealna, w samym centrum, a jednocześnie tak, że jest w nim cicho. Liana - gospodyni, bardzo uprzejma i zaangażowana w każdym czasie w zapewnienie komfortu swoim gościom. Szczerze polecam.

Vacances parfaites, établissement conforme à la description.

Pro: Emplacement central proche de la place Saint Marc et des Vaporetto - appartement spacieux et très propre état neuf - literie et salle de bain impeccables - cuisine très bien équipée - environnement très calme et silencieux. Petits restaurants typiques à proximité. L’hôtesse est venue nous chercher à l’arrivée du Vaporetto pour nous présenter l’appartement.

Contro: Rien à signaler de négatif.
