Pro: La posizione ottima. Il quartiere e' molto tranquillo. L'appartamento molto comodo, ampia cucina con divano. Due camere molto spaziose, una con bagno privato. Bagni comodi entrambi con doccia.

Pro: Posizione molto buona, con fermata del vaporetto molto vicina. Casa ampia e con cucina ben attrezzata.

Pro: L'appartamento, ristrutturato, davvero carino. La posizione centrale dell'alloggio ha consentito di raggiungere comodamente a piedi tanti posti di Venezia, la vicinanza al molo di arrivo e ripartenza (almeno dal nostro parcheggio \

Contro: Se posso dare dei piccoli consigli, migliorerei sicuramente i letti, copriletti inclusi. Doterei la casa di qualche piccola attenzione in più nei confronti del cliente.

Very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, close to everything

Pro: Very spacious apartment, well decorated and everything working. There were 4 of us staying at he apartment, so the 2 bathrooms were very practical. Good location, walking distance to all the attractions, but not from the train station with lugagge (we already knew that, so it was no big deal, we took the opportunity to use the vaporetto). We cooked at night and everything was working. There's a small market 5 minutes walking from the apartment. The contact with the host was smooth and checking in and out was really easy.

Extremely comfortable stay at an excellent property!

Pro: Excellent location, fairly large apartment with good sized rooms and living room, massive and modern bathrooms, cleanliness was superb and overall a very comfortable apartment with all amenities! Highly recommend it.

Very comfortable and great location

Pro: It is in a really good location surrounded by restaurants and a plaza a couple of minute away. The apartment was well equipped and had only 1 flight of stairs. The hosts very communicative and accomodating

Contro: The only thing was that the seal on the floor was pealing and came off as we walked on it which was a little stressful

Fantastic lcoation, value for money, and clean

Pro: Its location is fantastic, and the main attractions are within walking distance. In addition, the water boat stations are pretty close. Overall, I definitely recommend this place.

Clean, quiet and central

Pro: Very clean, quiet and centrally located so you could walk to the main attractions. Near to bakery for breakfast and just a few minutes from the supermarket. Restaurants were also close by. Great communication from the property management. The air conditioning was such a welcome relief and I loved the big towels!

Contro: The accommodation came with everything you need. I only missed a broom or dustpan and brush to sweep up our crumbs.

Pro: Very spacious, in a lovely location. There are plenty of places to eat all around. The apartment itself had two big bedrooms and a large sitting and dining area. The air conditioning was a godsend.

Contro: Not the property’s fault but the mosquitoes are a pain. We kept the windows closed and tried to cull them each night
