Pro: Ottima posizione, fuori dal caos del centro ma raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi, comodo lo spazio esterno privato.

Excellent value for money. Amazing location. Safe and secure

Pro: Amazing location. It felt safe and secure doors etc. Excellent value for money. The host was friendly and professional. It had all necessary facilities: hot shower, towels, blankets, fridge etc. Very practical and convenient.

Contro: No key for the bathroom. Beds could be a little comfier but not to be expected the highest luxury with such a great price. Was better than what you would expect for what we paid.

Pro: Great location and Federica was a really brilliant attentive and responsive host. Had a very good, comfortable stay. There are mosquitoes around (to be expected in Venice) but plug-in mosquito repellers were provided and they got rid of them all very effectively!

The property was perfect for a family of four as a base to explore

Pro: Lovely property in the heart of Venice. Very central to all main points of interest. Although only 10 mins from St Marks square the apartment was quite at night. Close to lots of lovely restaurants and cafes.

Wonderful, cozy apartment close to attractions but far enough away to experience the real Venice.

Pro: This apartment was great! It offered sufficient space for 5 of us, was delightfully air-conditioned, located just steps from several restaurants, and within a few minutes' walk of several attractions, but far enough away from the touristy spots to be quiet, serene and give us an opportunity to explore the little alleys and all they had to offer. The ceilings were low, so it felt cozy for us. Someone who's over 6'2\

Contro: The bathroom didn't have air-conditioning, so it was a little stuffy, but we opened the windows and it was fine.

Pro: The apartment was beautiful, just like a home form home. It had everything you could think of and more. The host was great with communication, and we found it with no problems. It is close to the main area but also on side street, so very quiet. We enjoyed our stay, it was just perfect, I would highly recommend and would return.

Stay like a local!

Pro: The apartment was well located near bars and restaurants, but still in an area where people actually live. You can hear the kids playing football against the church walls in the afternoon! The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't use it much, and the terrace was very welcome - we used it a lot!

Contro: The shower is a little cramped, and the apartment generally has a bit of a damp feel/smell to it, but I guess that's to be expected in a ground floor property so close to water. Neither affected our stay though.

Pro: The apartment is big enough to accommodate a big family with 3 kids like us. The location was perfect. Close to restaurants and bars, 15 min from St. Mark's Square, but away from crowds

Contro: The metal headboard of the bed is not comfortable

Pro: Loved the location excellent for all the sites. Lots of amenities nearby.
