Terrazzi su Piazza San Marco

Veramente gradevole!

Pro: Appartamento veramente splendido,inaspettato,ampi comodi spazi,ben attrezzato per non parlare dei bellissimi terrazzi sui tetti di Venezia e della vicinanza a piazza San Marco. check in professionale ed esauriente. Wifi veloce ed efficiente anche con 6 computer al lavoro! Dispiaciuti per il brevissimo soggiorno ci piacerebbe tornare con più tempo.

Pro: Amazing apartment right in the heart of Venice. Comfortable and light, great two terraces. Good communication before and during the stay.

Contro: The boiler was temperamental, and hot water was not always available. We had no WiFi for the entire stay. Was not a problem for us, but for people struggling with mobile Internet, it might be an issue.

Overall, we were quite satisfied with the location and the accommodation. If you were staying longer, there’s a nice kit

Pro: We loved the location near the plaza, and we loved the fact that each bedroom had a private bathroom. We did not use either of the rooftop gardens much, however, if we had more time, we could imagine enjoying a glass of wine in the afternoon!

Contro: We only have two comments. The first is that guest should know you have to climb three flights of stairs to get to the apartment. That was a little difficult with our heavy suitcases. So be prepared! They may have mentioned it in the review, but I don’t recall seeing it. We also could not get the dryer to work properly and we’re planning on doing laundry in between trips. We mentioned this to the apartment manager, and I’m sure it will be resolved. However, the decks provided excellent sun for drying!

Pro: Evin konumu mükemmeldi ve ev oldukça kullanışlı ve temizdi. İhtiyaç duyduğumuz malzemelerin tümü mevcuttu. Ev sahibemiz Natia da takıldığımız her hususta bize çok yardımcı oldu, kendisine ayrıca çok teşekkür ediyorum

Pro: Die Lage ist phänomenal! Die Anzahl der Zimmer und Bäder für eine große Gruppe ist sehr komfortabel. Der Ausblick auf den Dachterrassen ist einmalig!

Contro: Wir versuchen seit der Reise eine Rechnung / einen Beleg für die Übernachtung zu erhalten und bekommen keine Rückmeldung. Das ist sehr schade und hinterlässt ein ungutes Gefühl. Wir haben immer transparent kommuniziert, dass es sich um eine geschäftliche Reise handelt.

Wonderful stay in this apartment. If you have a large family, this is a great place. No need to rent multiple rooms.

Pro: Very large property with many rooms. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the rental more. Great location. Natia was very helpful, available and frequently checked on our stay.

Contro: No complaints

We absolutely loved our stay and would stay here again in a heart beat!

Pro: I absolutely loved the terraces. I also didn’t realize the apartment is on two levels. Two bedrooms are downstairs and one is upstairs with the balconies. This made me love it even more as there was a little bit of separation from our group for more added privacy. The pictures match the place. Natia was absolutely amazing and on top of everything. She was wonderful and nice, checking in through out to ensure we were happy and comfortable.

Contro: Nothing, loved it all! Had everything we needed.

Lovely Visit in Venice

Pro: This apartment is exceptionally beautiful! It's well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and is situated in the most convenient location. Two terraces and the lovely art work are an additional delight. You couldn't ask for a better host than Natia. She is at your disposal at any time. She is friendly and very accommodating. Natia met us at the dock when we arrived and escorted us through the winding streets pulling luggage as well. We truly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend this apartment. Our thanks to Natia for her gracious hospitality.

Um apartamento que falta pouco para ser perfeito, numa cidade maravilhosa!

Pro: Localização, espaço amplo, iluminado e arejado, limpeza impecável, roupa de cama e banho excelente e abundante, cozinha bem equipada, piso antiderrapante no box do chuveiro , do belo terraço, abubdância de tomadas.

Contro: Chuveiro ( pouca água e sem pressão, demora muito pra esquentar), os vidros não seguram o barulho da rua(movimentada desde a manhã até a madrugada, parece que o barulho está dentro do ap) escadas(disseram que eram poucas escadas suaves, mas subimos 42 degraus até o ap, mais 5 ou 7 ao entrar nele, até a sala).Falta ponto de apoio para os produtos de higiene no banheiro. Seria bom ter uma prateleira pois a pia é apenas uma cuba até o chão.Há grandes armários nos quartos, mas a maior parte ocupada com travesseiros, cobertas, etc, restando pouquíssimo espaço para roupas dos hóspedes.
