Pro: Tutto nuovo e pulito. Ci sono tutte le comodità. Eravamo in tre.
Contro: Come segnalato anche da altri frequentatori, anche per me vanno al presto sistemate alcune cose in sospeso. La struttura è aperta da pochi mesi, ma davvero con qualche piccola miglioria o sistemazione appunto di accessori rimasti in sospeso potrebbe essere perfetta. Se ritornerò a Venezia in ogni caso sarà il mio primo punto di riferimento.

Casetta nuova ben attrezzata e accogliente
Pro: Si tratta di un accogliente bivani al piano terra in un tipico cortile veneziano (campiello) con una camera grande e una cucina attrezzata di tutto dove si trova un divano letto. Non manca nulla e gli host, gentilissimi, offrono prodotti per colazione, tisane, caffè, olio e condimenti di base per cucinare. Tutto è nuovo.
Contro: Un piccolo dettaglio da migliorare: tendina in bagno e tenda per la finestra a tetto in camera da letto

Pro: Posizione ottima, sia per raggiungere il centro di Venezia che per la vita serale (noi siamo stati in campo santa Margherita, DorsoDuro) Contesto dell'appartamento molto tranquillo e facilmente raggiungibile Interni tutto nuovo, con il necessario per poter soggiornare.
Contro: Nulla, ci sono un paio di accortezze che ci sono state riferite che verranno sistemate nel breve (alcune tende e ante mancanti sulle finestre che danno su un giardino che aiuterebbero a coprire dalla luce)

Exeptional stay at Venice
Pro: Everything! New, very clean appertment, fully equipt. Quet street, very comfortable beds. Close to vaporetto station, 15 min walk from Rialto/San Marco. Very helpfhl stuff. I will definitly stay at this apartment again and will recommend for my friends.

The apartment enabled us to have a very individual and relaxed stay!
Pro: everything you could need is there, calm area but can reach everything by foot, super nice and helpful hosts, we will definitely be back if we visit venice again :)

Pro: The host is amazing! They are so kind and considarete. They live right above, in case you have any questions. The appartment is very nicely decorated, modern at the same time colorful and very clean. Amazing view to the everyday gardens, with cropping birds and orange trees. The shower is plentiful and the bed super comportable. All amenidies are there, but it is also super near to eat out. Perfect place for a singular travel or a couple.

Pro: It was such a stroke of luck to find this place — fresh, comfortable, and in a charming, quiet location. Exactly what we needed after the busy and dynamic touristy part of Venice. Contro: I would just say one thing — the pillows were hard :) But we’re all different, and maybe other guests wouldn’t mind it.

Pro: Emma was lovely and welcoming. The aparment was spotless. Very cute, modern and well thought out and quite different to anything else we had seen. Such a peaceful place - we all slept really well in the very comfy beds. Easy reach from station. We were provided with helpful provisions such as butter, milk, jam, etc. Salt and pepper and oil and vinegar and lovely biscuits! These small things make all the difference for a short stay.
