Perfect location, perfect price
Pro: The accommodation was perfectly located, the apartment had everything we needed for a few days, including coffee. It was clean, the beds comfy. And the host Natia regularly asked if we needed anything. All in all a great place that made the trip to Venice exceptionally!

Family of Three with Young Toddler say 5 Stars.
Pro: The location is fantastic if you have a todder. We were three. Two adults and our almost 2 year old son. There was a lovely toddler crib made up for our son when we got there, and the hostess helped us take him upstairs while we got the bags. Getting around/to/from was very easy. The Reilto vaporetto is 5 min walk away without bridges. The hostess was so helpful and checked in on us. It is a busy area, so there is some noise at night, but it's on a side street, so pretty good considering the central location. Very spacious rooms and the kitchen has everything we needed. Excellent communication, big space, good frying pans, and everything we could want!
Contro: The knives were dull. This is true in almost all places like this, but still a bit annoying. On the positive side your child probably won't cut themselves, but you will struggle cutting cucumbers. The wifi was not the network in the instructions, but we got directions from the host and it was up and running in minutes.

Gemütliche Wohnung in super-zentraler Lage
Pro: Diese kleine Wohnung liegt außergewöhnlich zentral in San Marco, zwischen Rialto und Markusplatz. Nadia, unsere Kontaktfrau, war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowohl in Bezug auf einen früheren Check in, als auch als wir eine Panne mit dem Schlüssel hatten. Den Zweitschlüssel auf keinen Fall von innen im Schloss stecken lassen und die Tür zuziehen!! Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Betten sehr bequem.
Contro: Die steile Treppe ist nicht für ältere Menschen oder Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet.

Pro: Apartamento bastante confortável, éramos 4 pessoas. O edifício bem tranquilo e com fácil acesso ao apartamento pelas escadas. A localização é ótima. Para tomar café da manhã tínhamos a opção de comprar no mercado bem próximo ao edifício e preparar em casa (cozinha bem equipada) ou ir na padaria também bem próxima ao apartamento.

leuk historisch gezinsappartementje op een interessante locatie.
Pro: goede en snelle communicatie met de verantwoordelijke. ze bezorgde mij ook verschillende linken om aan een goed ontbijt, diner te raken, en om online tickets te reserveren. Verder is de locatie ideaal, op 2 minuutjes van de rialto brug en op een 10-tal minuten van het San Marco plein. Aan de rialto brug is de opstapplaats van de waterbus naar de luchthaven. 's nachts was het ook vrij stil, alhoewel er onderaan in de straat enkel bars waren.
Contro: niets, Het is een ouder historisch gebouw waarbij je verblijft op de 4e verdieping. Een lift is niet aanwezig, en soms hoor je de bovenbuur rondlopen op de houten vloer, maar dit heeft ons niet gestoord.

Pro: Дуже гарна локація, неподалік від причалів, історичних памʼяток. Помешкання на 4 поверсі, ліфта немає, сходи круті та вузькі, якщо ви з великою валізою, то буде важко. Помешкання старе, але дуже чисте. Є багато посуду: каструлі, сковорідки, тарілки, бокали для різних напоїв, прибори. Також була кава і кавоварка. Сподобалося, що можна було залишити речі, а також зробити ранній заїзд (20євро), також постійно запитували, чи ми щось потребуємо.
