Pro: Appartamento molto curato e provvisto di tutto il necessario. Posizione perfetta. Proprietario molto disponibile.

Soggiorno unico e particolare in una Venezia insolita......

Pro: Location bellissima, un altana splendida con due terrazzini, mansarda molto ben ristrutturata e dotata di tutti i confort. Host (Andrea) disponibilissimo e ha sempre risposto ad ogni richiesta. Posizione centralissima vicina a Rialto e comunque in zona ricca di negozi, ristoranti e dalla quale si raggiungono facilmente tutte le parti più belle della città!!!!

Contro: Aspetti meno positivi sono le tante scale da salire, comprese le ultime abbastanza ripide , oltre alle travi a spiovente della copertura in legno che in alcuni punti sono un pò basse e a rischio testa .....ma questo solo per onestà di descrizione dato che è anche la particolarità del luogo e ci tornerei nuovamente e rifarei le scale ....perchè la location è davvero singolare e merita!!!!

Pro: posizione eccezionale in generale sistemazione molto caratteristica altana stupenda a Venezia fa la differenza

Relax a due passi da tutto

Pro: Posizione, altana con vista sui tetti di San Marco, tutto vicinissimo , atmosfera, travi a vista, appartamento attrezzato di tutto, host discreto ma disponibile

Contro: Niente da segnalare

Pro: La posizione dell'appartamento è ottimale, la casa pulita e lo spazio esterno vivibile una chicca in più.

Contro: Essendo una mansarda in alcuni punti le altezze dell'appartamento risultano un pò scomode e forse sul terrazzo avrei messo qualche pianta per abbellirlo

Basti pensare che l’appartamento è a 150 metri da ponte Rialto

Pro: Posizione, pulizia, accoglienza, in pratica tutto. Il signor Andrea è stato molto gentile

Super good location, clean and well equipped

Pro: Location, terrace, hospitality of Andrea, well equipped.

Contro: Some places have low hight. But we knew it when we were booking, so I would not recommend it for tall people.

Pro: Fabulous location for exploring Venice. Very close to the Rialto Bridge, so well signposted and easy to find. Lots of stairs, so not for anyone with mobility issues, but worth the climb to this quirky, cosy apartment, with rooftop terrace. We loved staying here, and would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay in a great central location

Pro: Perfect central location. Quirky but in a very good way. We enjoyed the roof terrace!

Contro: All good. There are steps to contend with but that didn’t affect our enjoyment

A thoroughly enjoyable week in a cosy little apartment, well placed.

Pro: The apartment is completely unlike any other. It is very cosy, comfortable and relatively small but has everything that you might need. We particularly liked the double level roof terrace not only for breakfast but for watching the sunset and listening to the church bells in the evening. Yes, the stairs could be a challenge, particularly the last flight (it's on the 4th floor) but Venice is only for walking anyway. The proprietor's brother kindly met us at the Alilaguna Rialto stop and helped with our luggage. While being very close to the Rialto Bridge we were not disturbed by noise at night and it was very convenient for many restaurants and shops and vaporetto stops.

Contro: Perhaps I didn't look hard enough but I couldn't find a chopping board. And a tea towel would have been useful as I never use the dish washer (personal preference ). Both problems were easily resolved. Some of the roof beams are very low but it doesn't take long to learn to avoid them. None of this constitutes a complaint. Just observations !
