Pro: Ottima la posizione, comodo appartamento per una famiglia con bambnini. Cucina piccola ma super attrezzata, ci iamo trovati bene.

Pro: Lovely place with everything you would need , we had a really great time here, and the location is pretty good, too. I would definitely stay here again.

Cosy, convenient and comfortable.

Pro: Excellent value for money and in a very convenient location just a few minutes walk from the bus station/taxi rank. The apartment was very comfy, warm, and beautifully furnished. Communication with the owner was excellent and they were very kind to let us in a little early to drop our heavy bags off! We enjoyed our stay very much and hope we can go again in the future.

Pro: L'appartement est situe a 8mn a pied de la piazza roma donc tres facile d'acces quand on arrive de l'aeroport. Le quartier est calme avec de nombreux resto a proximite. Le lit de la chambre etait particulierement confortable.

Contro: La literie du divan n'est pas confortable. Cela passe pour des enfants mais pas des adultes. La cuisine est une petite cuisine d'appoint.

Location, comfort, amenities, quiet and price.

Pro: The location, the apt, kitchen, restaurants and bakeries walking distance. Bed very comfortable and so quiet. Bathroom spacious and clean. There is an amazing leather shop IL Grifone since 1985 with great prices for the quality and worth every penny. Better than in Florence. Fondamenta del Gaffaro Dorsoduro, 3516. The Lion and The Eagle. HIghly recommend. For Venetian jewelry selection and price Allessandro Tagliapietra. Hand crafted. Locals shop there as well.

Contro: No a/c in the living room and kitchen. Very hot in day time. The bedroom a/c is on a timer so could not adjust to keep cooler in afternoon also turns off in daytime so when you come back in afternoon it is very hot. They did have a fan which helped. The spray arm in bathroom kept falling off. Loved the jetted tub but jets appeared to have gunk in them so didn't use. This was a bummer as we were looking fwd to soaking after being on a cruise for 12 days. My friend claimed not enough hot water but I found it to be more than suffiecient. Patio table and chairs would of been nice to sit in the patio entrance area. Plenty space to store in entrance location.

Pro: Lokalizacja blisko Piazzale Roma, świetne miejsce wypadowe do atrakcji Wenecji (dłuższy spacer lub vaporetto). Z dala od tłumów i hałasu. Mieszkanie jest duże, wygodne i ma najpotrzebniejsze wyposażenie (żelazko, mała deska do prasowania, suszarka do włosów, czajnik, klimatyzacja i wentylator). Kontakt z osobami zarządzającymi był bardzo dobry.

Contro: Brak ekspresu do kawy, który jest w opisie apartamentu i na którym nam zależało. Brudny dywan w salonie - niepotrzebny dodatek zbierający kurz i brud.

Pro: Me encantó todo, la ubicación perfecta, la limpieza perfecta, la decoración perfecta, el personal perfecto. No tengo nada negativo que decir decoración este lugar.

Contro: Todo perfecto

Pro: Très propre tres bien équipé très confortable. Quartier calme un peu en dehors des zones touristiques.

J'ai passé moi et ma famille un très bon séjour à venise. L'ébergement était idéal

Pro: L'emplacement est idéal tout à coté de la pazzale de roma. Trajet à pied de 5 minutes. la propreté est impeccable. le logement est très bien équipé.

Super Appartment in Venedig

Pro: Die Lage war super. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten ohne Probleme zu Fuss erreicht werden. Das Appartment war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet.
