Pro: Appartamento grande. Eravamo in 5 e ci siamo stati comodamente. Ha anche uno spazio esterno per fare colazione. Pulizia impeccabile e proprietari gentilissimi, ci hanno offerto il caffè e dato un presente per i bambini.

Contro: Nulla da segnalare.

Pro: Large, great air con, comfortable and great location!

Pro: Wonderful, large apartment in a quiet street in Dorsoduro. All necessary equipment, comfortable bed, bathroom with 2 showers. 2 air conditioners. Small supermarket around the corner. 10 minute walk from the people mover at Piazzale Roma. After booking I was added to a WhatsApp chat group and sent a multipage pdf file full of all necessary information. Received periodic messages checking in on us. Managed to briefly meet the hosts on the last day and they were extremely friendly and offered us coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location and great hosts.

Pro: The hosts were fantastic and very kind. We enjoyed the amazing tomatoes and pasta that they left for us. The communication was great and we were able to find and access the property easily. It was located in a quiet part of the city but not too far from the main parts and with good restaurants a short walk away. It was only 10 minutes walk from the train station which was very handy. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped and it was nice to have the patio, although the weather was too hot to spend much time there during our stay! Thankfully the air conditioning inside allowed us some respite from the heat. We would definitly recommend this place to others.

Contro: Although there is air conditioning in the main (double) bedroom and the living room, there was no air conditioning in the second bedroom other than a floor standing fan.

Spacious apartment at good location

Pro: Good location close to arrival in Venice. Good communication with the host. Very friendly. Got a welcome present! However, apartment is clean and spacious but a little outdated. Good place to sleep not more.

Contro: No major complaints

Great location and apartment

Pro: Great location: Close to the bus station and away from the touristic area. The public boat is only a 10-minute walk. Large apartment with sufficient space. We were a couple with our daughter - our daughter could sleep in her own room while we could enjoy the evening together.

Pro: Very attentive staff, they sent us specific instructions and a lot of useful information. We were met by a very friendly staff member who showed us everything in the apartment. It was very nice to find cold drinks and biscuits in the apartments

Contro: Sewer problems in the bathroom

Pro: The host is amazing. We're really grateful for him. He made our stay unforgettable! Staff helped with everything and gave so much tips! Thank you for coffee 🥰 If we ever come again to Venice we'll visit them for sure!

Pro: Excellent location, close to trains and buses. Spacious apartment.

Contro: Although adequate, the lounge furniture could benefit from an update.

Pro: Perfect Location to the city center and restaurants Nice terrace to take the meals. Nice appartment

Contro: It was an adventure the beginning. The informations sent in advance are a bit confused ( can be improved). We take around 2h to arrived to the apartment, because of the instructions.
