Ottimo soggiorno.

Pro: Ottimo appartamento, silenzioso, ben arredato e accessoriato, bagno ampio e delizioso cortile attrezzato. Vicino alla fermata Giardini Biennale, al bel giardino-parco e alla Via Garibaldi ben servita di negozi e ristoranti...perfino un'edicola.

Contro: Per la notte, doterei l'ampia porta a vetri di accesso al soggiorno di una tenda oscurante,(l'illuminazione pubblica arriva in modo eccessivo all'interno)

Fantastica casa per famiglie e gruppi di amici

Pro: Casa fantastica e perfettamente accessoriata con tutto quello che può servire a una famiglia. Ottima la posizione della casa, vicina alla fermata del vaporetto e perfetta per la zona di venezia che volevamo visitare (giardini della biennale e arsenale). Il sestiere (quartiere) è molto vivo e caratteristico, non assalito da turusti e piacevole da girare, anche con passeggini. Il nostro ospite è stato gentilissimo, facile da contattare e sempre disponibile per consigli e supporto.

Pro: Clean property with loads of kitchen equipment, a washing machine and a courtyard. The host is also super helpful and answers all questions quickly and also gives recommendations. The location is perfect as it’s a quick walk to the nearest water bus stop but if you prefer to walk, only a short walk to the main square. Would recommend

Bel emplacement

Pro: L'emplacement était vraiment top ! Nous avions les vaporettos à moins de 5 min de marche, qui nous amenaient en plein centre-ville. De plus, aussi au bout de la rue, il y a un parc, ce qui a été très appréciable pour notre petit chien ! L'appartement était très bien équipé, il y avait vraiment tout le nécessaire. L'hôte était de plus extrêmement réactif pour répondre à nos diverses questions.

Contro: Les volets dans la chambre qui ne s'ouvrent pas. Un problème de plomberie, les tuyauteries étaient bouchées et de l'eau s'écoulait dans la cour de l'appartement. De plus il serait fort appréciable et peu coûteux d'acheter des rideaux pour occulter le jour à travers la baie vitrée, car il n'y a pas de volets, et du coup on a la lumière très tôt le matin.

Great place for a couple visiting the Biennale, okay for groups of 4.

Pro: The courtyard was really nice to have, the kitchen was very useful and well equiped, the Location was great for visiting the Biennale, the bedroom is nice and comfty and can be made 100% dark the price was comparably quite affordable

Contro: The Sofa bed was not very comfortable and the room can‘t be darkened because there are no curtains (sleep quality is way worse than in the bedroom) The ceilings are very low (risky for tall people) The rooms are a bit moist so opening windows frequently is a must

Ich würde gerne dort wieder kommen.

Pro: Perfekte Lage für uns. Es ist wunderbar, das Patio zu haben.

Contro: Im Schlafzimmer waren die Fenster nicht zu öffnen. Vielleicht gibt es dafür ein gutes Grund...!?

Emplacement parfait !

Pro: L'emplacement est idéal ! Parfait pour notre chien avec les Giardini juste à côté et le calme. On se retrouve dans un quartier très sympathique et calme mais où tout est facilement accessible (vaporetto, restaurant, supermarché ...). Les propriétaires sont très réceptifs et sont pleins de bons conseils ! Si vous voulez lire les Asterix en Italien, c'est le lieu parfait !

Updated basement style apartment good for family of 3 or 4 with young kids.

Pro: The price was reasonable for being in Venice. The table and kitchen area was nice and shower and bathroom area was nicely done. There were lots of towels and kitchen appliances/ glasses etc to use. It was nice to have a laundry area. We used the air mattress and it was fine. It was an easy quick walk to catch a vaperetto or go to grocery or a main street to eat. There is a really cute cafe in the garden at the end of the street that we enjoyed drinking cappuccinos before going out for the day

Contro: I didn’t realize the ceilings were quite low. We are a tall family ( husband is 6’3” ) and his head almost skimmed the beams, but it was ok. We thought we would use the outside patio but there seemed to be water that comes up from somewhere there so often there was a smell. Our kids are older teenagers -so basically adults and I would only recommend the sofa bed for small kids. The slats were not stable in the middle and fell down. I thought the main bed was really hard but my husband thought it was fine. Although we liked not being in a crowded area, the area is a little worn down ( boarded up apartment and graffiti) but that made it a quiet place to stay. The bedroom windows are covered and you can open but they open like a door onto the street behind the place so not usable so no natural light in bedroom.

Zentral, aber ruhig und bodenständig

Pro: Die Lage zwischen Giardini und Arsenale ist perfekt für einen Besuch der Biennale. Zentral, aber ruhig. Supermarkt, Frühstück und Co sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Bad und die Dusche sind besonders komfortabel, leider war das Bett am quietschen und knarren. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber ein paar Weingläser wären gut.

Contro: Im Innenhof gibt es noch paar kleine Baustellen, die finalisiert werden können. Eine Liege im Hof oder eine Sofa zum Liegen wären gut.

Pro: L'emplacement très calme, le patio tranquille, l'aménagement intérieur, la disponibilité de notre hôte Tommaso, sa gentillesse et la précision des informations fournies, la proximité aux transports, la Trattoria voisine... c'est un endroit très agréable sous tous rapports pour l'été.

Contro: Pas grand-chose :-)
