Nice Venice Apartments in San Marco

Perfetto!!

Pro: Appartamento perfetto in tutto, molto curato nei dettagli, la cucina è ben attrezzata, bagno grande Il proprietario Alvise è molto attento e disponibile già dall'arrivo, abbiamo aspettato 5 Min alla fermata del vaporetto, ci ha accompagnato all'appartamento, ha dato tutte le informazioni su itinerari, ristoranti e cicchetterie. La posizione è perfetta, molto tranquilla ma a 10min a piedi da Rialto e piazza San Marco, e a 2 Min dalla fermata del vaporetto

Overall a very nice apartment at a great location with a nice view

Pro: Great location near S. Angelo stop. Easy access and check in process. Friendly stuff. The view of the canal is very relaxing.

Contro: The shower door does not close well and there will be water running in the bathroom.

Pro: Beautiful well located apartment. Great communication from Alvise. It was very nice to have a window right on to the canal.

Beautiful, comfortable, perfect!

Pro: Having a view of a canal from the bedroom was so cool. Not a busy canal street either, so that was nice. Location to S. Angelo ferry is superb! Host was kind, and very informative. Seamless check in, and nice to meet host. Other than location mentioned below, this was FANTASTIC!

Contro: Location was close enough, and Venice is definitely walkable, but it was 10-20 mins away from the “main spots”. Fine for a young couple like us, but might be worth noting if you want to be right in the heart of all of it.

Short break in La Serenissima

Pro: Apartment was comfortable and well equipped, and just as featured in the listing and photos. The location could not have been better - so close to the water bus stop, which meant we could easily reach the rest of the city, close to a beautiful square with restaurants and gelato, and close to charming canals and passages (lots of photos) that lead to St Marks, the Rialto, or Academia within an easy walk. This was a great find. The host was helpful and arrangements straightforward. Would highly recommend.

A beautiful apartment for two in a quiet, scenic and very convenient location.

Pro: We had a great stay here. The location is ideal - 2 minutes walk from the San Angelo stop on the Grand Canal. 8 minutes walk max to Rialto Bridge. 5 minutes walk to Academia bridge. The apartment was clean, traditional but well fitted out. Would stay here again for sure. Very nice vibe.

Contro: Really can't find fault. The kids upstairs ran around incessantly all morning - but they may have been guests, not residents!! Never a fan of just getting one key only.

Pro: Lovely convenient location. Helpful host. Beautifully kept apartment. The perfect place to stay.

Contro: Nothing to add. Was perfect.

Pro: The location was great for exploring Venice, on a quiet canal. The canal view window was fantastic. The apartment is just as advertised, with all amenities. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. It is close to the Accademia Bridge with lots of restaurants close by.

Contro: We did have an issue with mosquitos; there was many many mosquitos in the apartment and even with swatting them and using bug spray, we got multiple bites. We thought we killed most of them, but the next night seemed like the same amount or more. It appears that they are getting into the apartment; possibly through the air conditioner? We did not have any open windows during our stay. The hosts were very responsive with this issue.

Super Stay!

Pro: A really lovely apartment right by a small canal. Great food and drink options in walking distance from us. Clean and everything you need for your stay. Really helpful owner too!

Contro: Nothing.

Pro: Really lovely location and view out the window Has aircon and WiFi Spacious Just don’t be silly like me and have the window open if you’re prone to bug bites!! I would keep windows shut 😊
