Stylish Renovated Apartment In The Heart Of The City

A wonderful gem in the centre of Venice!

Pro: We loved everything about this apartment from beginning to end.Staff responded to any questions quickly and with kindness.We received lots of information, great restaurant tips and good directions. Beds were excellent and very comfortable, great showers, dining space, lounge and an ample kitchen with all you need. It was situated in a lovely little square(with a view of the square) a 5 min walk from Rialto Bridge surrounded by restaurants, bakeries, shops and supermarkets.Perfectly situated for the Venice Carnevale festivities. You can store your luggage for an early arrival and a later departure. We can't thank you enough for your kindness in facilitating our requirements. A beautiful and highly recommended apartment in our opinion.

Stunning apartment in a prime location

Pro: I can’t think of anything that would have improved our stay at the property, not one thing! From start to finish Uto and Nichola were generous hosts and really enhanced our stay. The apartment is huge and in a superb location. All of the recommendations and advice in the welcome information were much appreciated too, thank you. If you are scrolling through accommodation options in Venice, you needn’t look any further! Honestly, this apartment is top drawer and we are already planning our return with other family members!

Great apartment in a good area of Venice.

Pro: The apartment was very well appointed, particularly in comparison to others we have tried in cities in Italy/France/Spain which tend to be small and slightly basic. Comfortable chairs, sofas, dining table, beds, and a well appointment kitchen made this a great place to stay. It was in a good location quite near to the Rialto Bridge, an easy walk from two vaporetto stops (albeit over several bridges which made arrival and departure a bit of a challenge with suitcases). The wifi was good, and there were two bathrooms which was great for a party of four.

Contro: Not an issue per se, but it does pay to be aware that the apartment is on the third floor, with no lift, but with 6 flights of tight stairs. Not a problem in general but a challenge with four large suitcases when you arrive following a two week cruise! Also the area was great, but was in a popular walking route between the Rialto area and Cannaregio, and is on a small square so was a bit noisy for most of the day. But this was fine over night, as it quietened down considerably later on.

Absolutely fantastic stay in a beautifully decorated apartment.

Pro: This apartment was designed and furnished beautifully!!! I think this was my favorite part, especially the Venetian styled windows. Its location is pretty central, and you can see both a bell tower and a canal from its windows. The facilities were modern and the beds comfortable. The apartment was also spacious and could have fit more people. The person who took care of us, Nicola, was also a pleasure to meet and kind. I accidentally forgot the key one day and he met us to solve the problem quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Contro: The only reason I’m giving it a 9 and not a 10 is because it is very difficult to control the water temperature when showering. Even tiny taps on the lever will make it extremely hot or extremely cold. Also, having conditioner supplied with the shampoo would be nice as well.
