Una casa moderna e centrale

Pro: La struttura si trova al ponte dei zpgatoli, praticamente ad un passo da Rialto. Ottimo check-in, ci ha accolto Sebastiano, che ci ha mostrato la casa già calda al nostro arrivo, consigliato locali e cose da fare e visitare. La casa perfetta con le due camere e bagni, cucina e salotto.

Breve ma appagante soggiorno nel centro di Venezia

Pro: La posizione . L appartamento era in una antica casa di Venezia , con affaccio anche su un canale. Molto ben ristrutturata

Contro: Il secondo bagno un po’ sacrificato , metterei qualche appendino per gli asciugamani. Ma nel complesso la casa è molto bella e comoda

Soggiorno d'incanto a Venezia centrale

Pro: ottimo il servizio offerto: siamo stati contattati per tempo e accompagnati alla struttura. La casa è posizionata strategicamente vicino al ponte di Rialto (si suggerisce la visita al vicinissimo sesto piano del palazzo Fondaco dei Tedeschi dal quale si ammira Venezia a 360 gradi - necessaria prenotazione gratuita). Tutto è molto curato, nuovo e pulito. Subito sotto l'appartamento ci sono negozi bar e ristoranti. Le finestre insonorizzate. Soggiorno perfetto.

Contro: Tutto è stato molto apprezzato

Really enjoyable stay with super comfortable size apartment in the heart of Venice

Pro: the property met us in person after sharing very clear instructions, they were handy and kind. The apartment was in a really convenient position and comfortable size with full size bathrooms and a nice common area.

Contro: the bathrooms were quite dark, they should just upgrade the light bulbs and the heating was not functioning in one of the bedrooms even though it was balanced by the heater in the living room.

Loved this apartment and loved Venice! Thank you!

Pro: The location was was great and the host was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to all main attractions. Great value for money and awesome vibe. Would definitely recommend.

Contro: The location address on google maps is wrong when you search it and it takes you to the other side of Rialto bridge. Suggest that this gets updated for clarity of future guests.

Perfect apartment in a great spot

Pro: Great location! Close to shopping, restaurants, canals, and in a cute little piazza. Apartment was furnished and supplied well. We arrived 2 hrs later than planned and they were very flexible rescheduling check-in.

Contro: Air conditioning not operational due to local restrictions. It was late May and a little uncomfortable (but not unbearable). Open windows helped but also let the mosquitos in. Minor inconvenience.

Pro: The location was great because it was easy to walk around Venice. The apartment itself was nice, clean, and spacious.

Contro: The property management was not good. After booking on Booking.com, I was told to contact a third party for the key and details because the owner was not in Venice. They asked me to go to another website and provide personal information, which felt unnecessary and insecure. When you’re on vacation, you want things to be easy, not stressful. If they fix this, it would be a good place to book for a stay in Venice.

It was ok but a bit pricey for the inconveniences.

Pro: Location is amazing In the heart of Venice With great view from the windows on the channel with gondolas. Separate living room from the kitchen

Contro: The second bathroom is very small and it’s not connected or even close to the bedroom, it’s behind the kitchen. It’s already getting cool at nights, so it was really cold in the apartment. The pre heating was not turned on, and when we contacted saying that the blankets are very thin for such temperature in October - nothing was offered, no additional blankets or throws. Only one set of keys were given. For two couples it’s inconvenient. The dishwasher hardly washes. We had to wash all dishes by hand after turning it on several times. Kitchen is for 5 people max.

Pro: Spacious and well equipped apartment, great location.

Contro: Very smelly couch. We had an issue with extra bed that was broken

Do yourself a favour and stay here when in Venice!

Pro: This apartment far exceeded our expectations! The cleanliness, the beds, the location.. it was quiet inside the apartment, even though we were so Central.. loved it!
