Pro: Posizione ottima, 13 minuti a piedi da san marco, vietta laterale di via garibaldi silenziosissima vicino a un canale tutto molto suggestivo.vicinissimi supermercato,bar,tabacchi.appartamento essenziale, pulito e in ordine con l'essenziale x cucinare ( ho apprezzato molto c fossero sale,zucchero,caffè,the,olio e il detersivo per i piatti.è bastato comprare un sugo e un pacco d pasta x poter mangiare in casa.
Contro: La Doccia, ora bella grande, probabilmente prima era una piccola vasca, la finitura inferiore è già un po rovinata.

Clean, central, and very welcoming
Pro: Great central location, very close to the Biennale and within walking distance of St. Mark’s Square. Communication was smooth and easy, and Silvia was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for a stay in Venice.

Decent stay in a residential area of Venice
Pro: All the basic amenities were available in the apartment. Also, not too far from the center with good restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
Contro: Going two floors up and down using stairs with a baby and stroller was difficult.

Nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood
Pro: The location was wonderful, neighborhood not flooded with tourists, which enabled one to experience some of how everyday life would be in Venice. Spacious bedroom with good ac and bedside charging, kitchen with plenty of counter space. Washer was very useful, and laundry would dry overnight in the summer. Supermarket, good places for gelato and pizza nearby. The reception staff were kind.
Contro: The reception hours were limited, 15:30-19:30 daily, thus not much flexibility for check-in. I only had a small suitcase, so it wasn't a problem, but there was no elevator, and the stairs up to the apartment were fairly narrow, and the second one made of wood, so one has to be careful carrying up luggage. In the apartment, the bathroom was very tight and small, rather challenging to even move your limbs or to turn around in it. Didn't use kitchen stove, partly because I wasn't sure how to turn it on.

Contro: Непонятен вопрос сортировки мусора. Было бы удобнее, если бы были контейнеры для разного вида мусора.

Buen lugar para descansar y pasear con tu acompañante.
Pro: La ubicación siempre puede ser mejor, no obstante está bien ubicada. El departamento es pequeño pero tiene todos los servicios (con detalles). No es apta para personas con discapacidad por las escaleras, ni para obesos por el dimunutio baño pésimamente adaptado. La zona es MUY tranquila, para bien: se descansa excelente. A solo una calle abordas una gran calle con servicios, mercado, parque y restaurantes.
Contro: Que la habitación NO ES APTA para tres, aunque incluya el camastro. La cocina-comedor es pequeña pero suficiente y cuenta con los instrumentos y equipamientos necesarios. El baño es apto para liliputienses y desnutridos: solo es apto para gente delgada, por estrecho. Si tienes obesidad no vas a poder bañarte ni sentarte en la tasa. Adaptaron un bidet que no deberia haberse colog¿cado, pues no cabes...
