Pro: Casa molto accogliente, ben arredata e ottima posizione

Contro: Da migliorare il tipo di luci .. da preferire luci calde. Sarebbe ideale avere due bagni con lavandino e wc se si e’ in più di 2 ospiti

Pro: -Perfect location -Nice layout -Jacuzzi bath -Well stocked apartment with all appliances and nice gift basket on arrival -Check in and communication was fantastic from Chiara, also gave some fab recommendations

Ideal for families staying in Venice. A quite and cosy place to pick once in Venice.

Pro: The host, the size of the apartment, the facilities, the fact that the pictures in booking com were identical on how the place was once we entered, the location, the willingness of the guest to support us during our stay, the availability of the guest upon our request across our stay, made the place in my eyes identical for a family stay in Venice. Really close to the historical center, makes it really a safe choice to pick.

Contro: Nothing in particular. If there is one to pick, I would recommend maybe a more frequent visit of the cleaning service, still we cant be subjective on this one due to the fact that we were there on Christmas break that many people are off. Again I add that as a recommendation for the host to consider. No complaints from our side.

Pro: À wonderful home away from home: new, clean, full of taste and character. Very well equipped.

Pro: Very clean and comfortable and fairly easy to get to. Great location. Our host left a few items to welcome us such as, a bottle of prosecco, sparkling water and some snacks. It was very thoughtful and unexpected.

Contro: Maybe leave a few more clean towels in the closet just in case, but honestly it was not a big deal.

Pro: This was an amazing find and I'll stay here again if I visit Venice. Chiara was a great host and readily available through phone.

Pro: Primirea gazdei ( Chiara) a fost atât de frumoasă, cum rar găsești! Ne a așteptat cu zâmbet și bucurie, ne a oferit apa minerală rece, un Prosecco rece și câteva snackuri pt micul dejun! Felicitări Chiara pt sufletul pe care il pui in meseria ta! Locația este superbă cu siguranță vom reveni !
