Fenice Backstage over Canal

Siamo stati molto bene e l’host ci ha dato tutte le informazioni utili con tempestività.

Pro: Ottima posizione, centralissima e silenziosa. Appartamento molto spazioso e ben riscaldato. Letto comodi e dotazione buona di stoviglie e biancheria.

Contro: Tutto OK

Perfect for the opera house.

Pro: 2 minutes walk to La Fenice Opera House. Very comfortable, tiny kitchenette, good bathroom. Would come again it’s perfect for a solo traveller ( but a Superking bed and another single on the mezzanine above the main bed)

Contro: Not a lot! It’s old fashioned of course, in keeping with Venice.

Pro: Easy check in and out. Great location close to good restaurants. Flat is great, high ceiling, nice vibe.

Contro: The bathroom needs remodeling.

Pro: Authentic apartment, very clean and in a very good location. Very responsive host.

Fabulous Location

Pro: Loved the location right in the middle of the canals and action, giving very easy access to everything. The room is very spacious and enjoys a large lounge furnished traditionally.

Contro: Some maintenance is required. In particular, in the bathroom and some furniture does need upgrading.

Pro: All good but really needs better aircon to make it comfortable

Central, spacious and well appointed flat

Pro: Great and spacious flat with lots of antiques in a very central area but very quiet. I really enjoyed the week I spent here. It was perfect to do some work and be close to all the sights without being on a main tourist thoroughfare. Would definitely stay here again

Absolutely Brilliant

Pro: Very specious, everything we needed & so authentic so much better than a hotel. Real Italian feel ! Clean and all amenities. The location couldn’t be more Perfect to see Venice ! Our host Simon was extremely helpful and we would highly recommend them ! Thank you for making our Venice just perfect ! The little canal at the side was the perfect way to start as we saw a Gondala straight way and the they were singing ..we loved it x

The flat has a quirky charm and we liked it!

Pro: It was spacious, it had the venetian feel to it. The location was really brilliant. The host was super-responsive. The supermarket is a few minutes away.

Contro: The flat needs some minor touches here and there but overall it did not steal the charm of the place. We had a lovely stay. If you like quirky like us, then go for it.

Pro: Perfect location - quiet during evenings, but close to main attractions in Venice. Very good contact with landlord, and rooms in the apartment were very cosy and well equipped.

Contro: Rooms could be a bit cleaner.
