Palazzina Pistor 2nd Floor by Sarlux

Pro: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! Everything was perfectly clean and recently renovated, with beautiful new furniture and a fresh, modern feel. The beds were very comfortable, with excellent mattresses and high-quality bedding — we slept so well. The windows are great too, keeping the apartment quiet and bright. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center, close to all the main sights and just a short walk from everything we needed, including a supermarket. Despite being so central, the area was peaceful and not too noisy at night. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Venice!

Contro: The only thing we didn’t like was that there were no mosquito screens on the windows, so a few mosquitoes got in during the evening.

Great location, ample room

Pro: The location is excellent. You arrive to the San Marco Square in 10-12 minutes, it's very close to the Rialto bridge. The apartment is large, clean, with an equipped kitchen. You get instructions on how to get in and a picture of the door so you'll recognise it. The owner responds quickly.

Contro: The floors are cold, so bring your slippers with you. Some more toilet paper would have been reassuring for a group. It may happen you hear people partying outside (but they are not many), and your neighbours below you. They ask you to do the dishes but they do it only on your departure day, it would be good to know it in advance.

Excelente ubicación y lugar cómodo, aunque el ingreso bastante engorroso y mal previsto.

Pro: El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado respecto a los puntos más importantes de Venecia. La limpieza estaba muy bien. El sillón es cómodo para dos personas. Los ambientes son amplios. Nos gustó mucho. Después del inconveniente que tuvimos para encontrar la puerta nos encontramos con las chicas de la limpieza y la verdad es que nos trataron súper bien y ayudaron a dejar las maletas antes de poder hacer el check in.

Contro: Lo que no me gustó es la forma de ingreso. Avisé que iba a llegar más temprano para saber si podía dejar las maletas y me dijeron que si. Recién cuando llegue a la zona y porque llamé yo me dijeron que antes de darme las claves debía pagar la tasa de turista. Creo que esto lo podrían preveer para el día antes y no que tenga que pagar en el medio de la calle. Además, una vez con las claves, no podíamos encontrar la puerta y quien nos ayudaba por móvil, ya que nadie te espera ahí, siempre repetía lo mismo y no nos explicaba. Dando vueltas 6 personas con la foto de la puerta la encontramos. Baje dos puntos por esto, porque realmente creo que falta información para la llegaba, ya que la ubicación del maps lo marca la calle siguiente, sabiendo que en Venecia muchas veces no te podes dejar ubicar por el GPS porq se pierde.

Perfeita, ótimo custo benefício.

Pro: A localização é ótima, instalações são amplas e confortáveis, cozinha equipada. Check in e check out muito facilitados, principalmente porque nos foi proporcionado o check in antecipado. Ótimo custo benefício.

Contro: O prédio estava com mau cheiro no corredor do térreo provavelmente pelo armazenamento do lixo dos apartamentos. Nada que atrapalhasse nossa estadia.

Beautiful apartment, a little noisy

Pro: Very central, super comfy beds, very clean and modern inside, very spacious

Contro: It was quite confusing to find the apartment (the co-ordinates dont match the address provided), it was quite noisy (take sone good earplugs), rubbish system is also a bit confusing
