Appartamento molto comodo in centro a Venezia

Pro: Palazzo antico nel centro di Venezia, 5 minuti a piedi da piedi da piazza San Marco e molto comodo dalla fermata del battello. Appartamento completo di tutti i servizi e molto pulito, l' host gentilissimo risponde immediatamente.

Contro: Purtroppo come tutta Venezia ci sono tante zanzare.

Best location to explore Venice and large comfortable apartment.

Pro: Location was great to explore any part of Venice. It is a particularly large apartment for Venice with 2 very good sized bedrooms. Host was very good and met us at the apartment.

Contro: Bathrooms were a little awkward, showers mainly but adequate. We had some mosquitoes so perhaps carry some anti mozzy stuff (this is not an apartment issue but a Venice location and time of year issue). If you kept windows open there is some noise (again this is more a Venice thing) but closing the windows keeps all the noise out.

Great stay in a central but quiet location. Building is very antique and sophisticated

Pro: The location was amazing, right in the centre of Venice. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. Would stay again the next time I visit!

Pro: Samuel hosted my family in Venice and was helpful at the check in and check out. It's an old building with a very typical Venician style. The flat is well furnished, it has a separate kitchen, space to relax. It's situated in the heart of Venice.

Contro: There is virtually no soundproofing, in the morning its very noisy when people start leaving their flats shutting the doors or just walking. Make sure you have earplugs. The plumbing in the toilet was bad, the drainage in the showers was very slow hence not possible to take proper showers and the shower curtains were filthy.

Great house

Pro: Great location, located in the heart of old town. 8-min walk from San macro.

Contro: The handle of shower which holds the shower head is broken. The shower curtain is molded at the bottom.

Nice apartment in city center.

Pro: After Covid pandemy seems that prices in Venice got crazy, we always visiting it only for Biennale and this year to find a place was nearly impossible. We have found that place, which was still in lower tier somehow. Apartment is nice, close by to city center and old Palazzo Grimani. There's coffee, tovels even some place to cook if you would like too. In general nothing crazy but still okay.

Contro: No possibility to leave luggages after the stay for a few hours. There's a storage close by but for 4-24h they asks 15.5e which explains why nobody's using it. In Arsenale Bienalle we have found free storage fortunately.
