Doge's House

Un appartamento dove sentirsi a casa, anche in vacanza nel cuore autentico di Venezia.

Pro: Bellissimo appartamento in posizione strategica nel centro storico di Venezia. Proprietario molto disponibile, arredamento nuovo e carino, ambiente caldo, pulitissimo, cucina provvista di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Assolutamente consigliato.

Pro: Ottima posizione, casa molto ben arredata e spaziosa

Pro: It’s a very nice apartment in a very convenient location I highly recommend it. Everything is new, high quality and Nicola is a fantastic, helpful host.

Pro: Check in is mandatory until 8:00 pm. If you are late or if you don't notice it when booking, you will simply sleep on the street. Communication before the stay is problematic, during the stay it is ok. Overall the property is good...unfortunately it leaves you with a feeling of a tourist trap. I would not choose it again

Charming and comfortable

Pro: Lovely 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a service room, hidden amongst the winding streets in the beating heart of Venice. Comfortable beds, clean towels, warm water in the shower- everything a tired traveller needs. Also, both bathrooms have showers, which is great. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, even though it is central. The rooms retain something of the splendour and elegance of bygone eras, but with all the advantages of modern facilities. It's really close to Piazza San Marco, and at the end of the street there's a really good restaurant as well. The host, Nicola, was very kind and helpful, his warm welcome really did make for a brighter start of our Venice trip. He also offered us tips on how to get around the city, where we could eat something tasty and gelato places. Great stay. Highly recommend.

Pro: apartment was spacious, clean, direct entry to apartment, stairs within apartment to access upper level. sufficient and like new utensils. host was kind and explained us sufficient details. 5 minutes walk to san marco. excellent value for money.

Contro: nothing major, only a minor maintenance to make it perfect.

Great central place to stay with family

Pro: Very central within Venice, very comfortable, nice amenities. The host is really friendly and communicates very well in English.

Contro: It’s a 10 min walk to any boat transportation, can be hard with big luggage.

Pro: House owner is warm and friendly. Location is good.

Perfect - faultless - ideal.

Pro: It is a lovely venue, where we have stayed before, and expect to return to again in the future. The apartment could not be better. It is lovely, clean, fully equipped and in an ideal location. It is an easy walk from the Rialto and from St Mark’s. The host, Nicola, is attentive and welcoming. We love it and look forward to returning again.

Contro: Absolutely nothing. Well they could charge less, that would be nice, but there is nothing that should be changed about the Doge’s House itself.

I would recommend this apartment. Great location and very modern clean apartment.
