Great location and everything a family of 5 would need from an apartment

Pro: Excellent service . Host went above and beyond Samatha arranged our water taxi from the airport and we were met at the dock and walked to our apartment. Host gave us a list of restaurant recommendations that we worked our way around. Apartment was a great size. Kids loved the book bedroom

Pro: Very central, impeccable service, very welcoming hosts, they tended to every need we had!

Pro: We were met from the water taxi and guided to the apartment. The apartment is beautiful and in an exceptional location- just off if Sf Marks Square. The hosts were extremely helpful.

Pro: The apartment was good. It was in a great location and the owner was really helpful showing how to use everything. The ac wasn’t working in one of the bedrooms which didn’t help it was so hot outside. The washer worked great. Overall, it was a great place & very comfortable.

Contro: We had a little trouble finding it and connecting with someone to let us in so that delayed plans.

Pro: Location is perfect, only 2 mins walking from hard rock cafe venice

Contro: Air conditioning in the twin bed room is not in the perfect condition, was not too cold

Pro: We have head a great experience with Samantha, owner of our apartment ,right in the centre of Venice, behind San Marco square. It was ideal for all. Samantha got in touch with us a few weeks before and a few days before our arrival. From being dropped off by the boat, it was only 3-5 minutes walk. We were greeted by Valentina in the San Marco square and taken yo the apartment. She was very accommodating and even went through the map to answer all our questions. Samantha was quick yo answer our queries, very kind. She suggested a great restaurant to on our last night. Thank you Samantha, your apartment was very clean and comfortable. Great location, spacious well equipped apartment.

Pro: Great location. Spacious bedrooms in the apartment and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Great communication with host and was lovely to be met on arrival. Also lovely to have a bottle of prosecco and water in the fridge and all the teas/coffee facilities appreciated.

Contro: There wasn't anything we didn't like, but in the spirit of possible improvements a more comfortable sofa would be good and some milk for tea/coffee.
