Pro: Posizione (2 minuti da San Marco), terrazzo (bella vista Torre San Marco), lo staff dell'agenzia molto gentile e sempre disponibile (risposte tempestive ai problemi riscontrati durante il nostro soggiorno), la casa è organizzata bene, gli spazi sono belli compreso l'arredamento

Contro: No ascensore, il terrazzo bello ma servirebbe una tenda d'estate (durante il giorno troppo caldo sotto il sole), carino il piccolo angolo ufficio al primo piano ma no aria condizionata in quella zona...

Pro: Great location, great communication and comfortable accommodation.

Pro: Fantastic location, a stone's throw from the Piazza San Marco, and in the heart of the old town - very atmospheric!

Contro: It was very hot in Venice but we had great air conditioning, which was extremely helpful.

Lovely central apartment in the heart of Venice

Pro: Great location only a few streets from St Marks square. Very central, yet quiet at night, and the roof top terrace was lovely to sit at night. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped and it was very easy to get in touch with the host, who also met us from the waterbus and took us to the apartment.

Contro: The apartment is up 4 flights of stairs with no lift. There was air conditioning in the living area and 1 bedroom, but not in the 2nd bedroom, so it was very hot at night

Pro: communication with the property manager is great ! the apartment is very clean although they need to fix the power outlet in the upper bedroom. its a good thing i have a 10 ft long charger and was able to plug in the utility room. i dont have anything negative to say about the apartment and the location BUT ....

Contro: this is not suitable for travellers carrying a 25\

Pro: Die perfekte Lage, direkt im Zentrum San Marco. Sehr freundliche Ankunft und Begleitung zur Wohnung

Contro: Leider ging die Haustüre nicht ohne Gewalt auf.

Pro: La ubicación es excelente y el apartamento muy cómodo y limpio. Bien mantenido y el personal muy amable.

Contro: Hay que subir 5 pisos y no hay ascensor, hay un montacargas fuera de servicio, deberían solucionar eso.

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location.

Pro: The location was amazing! We loved the roof top terrace and utilized it on nice days.

Contro: The bed in the master was pretty uncomfortable. Be aware there were many stairs inside and out. It was no problem for us but be aware if that’s a problem.
