Soggiorno rilassante e confortevole per coppia con bimbo piccolo
Pro: Posizione molto comoda e centrale ma allo stesso tempo fuori dal caos
Contro: Rivedrei la pulizia soprattutto per quanto riguarda gli utensili della cucina e le stoviglie che ho dovuto rilavare in quanto erano state riposte per l’utilizzo senza una accurata pulizia ( es macchie di olio in una pentola o tazze macchiate e tracce di latte bruciato in un pentolino ). Inoltre visto la mancanza della lavastoviglie suggerisco di fornire spugnette per la pulizia nuove ad ogni utente e adatte ( io ho dovuto comprarle in loco perché quella lasciata in casa era usurata e non era ben chiaro per cosa fosse usata in precedenza avendola trovata vicino al secchio dei rifiuti )

Pro: Posizione comoda, appartamento ben fornito, pulito, camera ampia.
Contro: Scale un po' ripide, un po' difficili da affrontare con i bagagli ma comunque fattibili.

Pro: L’accoglienza e la disponibilità di Matteo nel darci sempre informazioni, la casa moderna e curata nei particolari, la vicinanza a tutti i luoghi d’interesse e allo stesso tempo situata in una zona tranquilla.
Contro: Il materasso del divano letto era un po’ scomodo. La qualità del sonno potrebbe essere migliorata.

Pro: Very quiet apartment in great location, a lot of space, clean and renovated. Great communication with the staff before arriving, easy check in, Matteo was waiting for us with the keys and gave useful tips about good restaurants and pizza places, etc

Great apartment in central area of Venice
Pro: We were greeted by Matteo would was very helpful and gave us some great tips re the apartment and local restaurants. It was quiet and a great location. It was a great size for our family of 4. We cooked a few nights, which was easy.
Contro: There wasn’t a dish towel to dry dishes or washing up liquid (we left some there). It wasn’t as clean as some of the places we stayed, but it was ok (eg cutlery drawer had crumbs in it).

Perfect apartment for a long weekend in Venice
Pro: The location was excellent. Central but quiet at night. Surprisingly spacious, good aircon, very comfy bed. Matteo who handed us the key was excellent. Didn’t spend much time actually in the apartment but it was perfect for a long weekend.
Contro: Nothing! Fabulous! Tip though…take mosquito repellent as there are a lot of them about in Venice!

Pro: Excellent location, just 5 minutes walk from the S. Samuele water taxi stop. There were lots of small boutiques and places to shop nearby. Restaurants and coffee shops were within walking distance. The house has air conditioning which was a huge comfort in hot Venice weather. The house was of good size, sufficient for a family of 4 people. The sofa bed was comfortable. Clean bed linen, towels, hand towels were provided. Soap, shampoo, body lotion was there. Matteo was quite helpful, he responded promptly and recommended good places to eat nearby.I would recommend this property.
Contro: Addition of utensils in the kitchen and coffee, tea, sugar, salt could improve the experience.

Pro: Air conditioner is life saving in July. Matteo is great host. He reacted immediately when we had prob;em with electricity, because too many appliences were on the same time at +40 outside. Working zone with desk in master bedroom is very convenient for working remotely.
Contro: No life in Venice after 11pm
