Soggiorno in complesso piacevole da ripetere

Pro: L’appartamento era bello e confortevole e dotato di tutti gli accessori indicati

Contro: Lampadine con attacco pericoloso Doccia di un bagno con acqua o fredda o bollente Finestre che non si aprono impedendo di arieggiare i servizi igienici Porte che si chiudono con difficoltà e che fanno quindi molto rumore ,che vanno revisionate

Un bel soggiorno

Pro: La posizione, le vedute della città, la pulizia e l'arredamento dell' appartamento

Contro: Mi è sembrato tutto buono e in molti casi ottimo

Pro: The apartment is in an excellent location, 2 minutes from the vaporetto stop, close to historical landmarks and nice restaurants. Suitable for a few days stay of more guests with an equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and separate bedrooms, a terrace with a beautiful view.

Contro: We didn't have any during the entire stay wi fi, the bath towels had a bad smell. The apartment is reached by elevator and then by stairs, which made it difficult for one of the guests.

Brilliant location!

Pro: Great location and really easy to access. Beds were comfortable and had everything that we needed!

Contro: The property was quite dark, one of the bedrooms didn’t have a main light at all, but it was all still manageable.

Pro: Beautiful flat although a little dark. Smooth self check-in. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean

Contro: The roof teracce a little old, although the views are nice

Pro: Great spot and loved the outdoor terrace, and having a lift was a bonus

A week in Venice with the family

Pro: Excellent location, walking distance to Academia Bridge. Near to all other important sites in Venice. Very near to the Sant' Angelo and San Samuele stops of both Vaporetto and Alilaguna Express from the Airport. The apartment is located in a quiet alley outside of the usual tourist havoc of Venice. The indoor facilities of the building are well maintained.

Contro: The internet is shaky but this is an all-Italian problem. The apartment is a little bit too dark and even opening the windows there is not much light going through but if you want to be within the historical city this is part of the picture. A decent wine glasses will be a good addition.

Pro: Great location, 1 min walk from S. Samuele water taxi stop. 15 min walk to St Marks Square. Useful to have a lift to the apartment floor but another flight of steps to enter apartment. Would not suit under 10's or elderly. Apartment was very spacious & superbly decorated with painted furniture & so many paintings, it was a mini gallery! Helpful & responsive host. Rooftop terrace, accessed by a staircase is a real bonus but would have benefitted from a light in the evening & umbrella for the day. A 2nd smaller terrace leading off the dining room would be great for enjoying an aperitivo!

Pro: Very cute and quirky. Great location and very comfortable.
