Pro: The bedroom was quiet and furnished with a comfortable bed that contributed to a good night's sleep. The living room was inviting, with a comfy sofa and a small dining area that was perfect for relaxing after a day out.

Contro: The floors appeared to have not been swept and not mopped recently.

Contro: Podria millorar les finestres que tanquen correctament, pero en una nit de tormenta forta els vidres vibraven moltissim, sort que va durar poc.

Pro: The apartment was great and spacious! The team was amazing and very supportive! Fabio met us at the vaporetto doc and helped us with our luggage all the way to the apartment and up the stairs! Rossana was beyond exceptional! She assisted me with everything! My son had a medical emergency and helped contact the ambulance. She was in constant contact checking in on us! She booked our taxi's for us as well.

Contro: It would have been nice to have air conditioning in the bed rooms instead of a stand up fan. Also, since it was know we were arriving, the boiler should have been on so there was hot water. But I contacted Fabio and he instructed me on how to turn on the boiler. The water does not stay hot when you're taking a shower, so you have to shut the water off a few times to get the hit water back.

Pro: L'accueil avec Elena et Fabio qui nous ont donné des conseils pour le voyage, et Fabio qui est venu nous attendre à l'arrêt du vaporetto malgré l'heure tardive. L'emplacement de l'appartement qui est dans un endroit calme mais proche du centre.

Contro: Nous avons tout apprécié.
