Absolutely loved our stay here. The property was great, location was superb and Francesco a gentlema

Pro: I liked that Francesco guided me from the train station to the canal stop and then waited for me at the entrance to the property.

Contro: Nothing.

Great location, beautiful apartment with fully equipped kitchen

Pro: Location walking distance to airport shuttle and train station. Canal beside apartment. You have the choice to walk back instead of waiting for overcrowded vaporetto. Host waited for us to show us the apartment even when our flight was delayed. If you have heavy luggage, you can choose to take vaporetto 1-2 stop to train station/airport shuttle and avoid all the bridges.

Contro: Bathroom stall is a bit small even for my small build.

Fantastic location

Pro: Had a fantastic stay in Venice! The location was absolutely perfect. right next to the train station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The room was comfortable, and Francesco, the owner, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Pro: The flat is right in the heart of Venice. It s a really nice place on the canal with a great view. The owner is a little difficult. We had some problems with the heat but in the end he accepted to take measures. I ve given a 10 for the great location, great city and for the nice apartament. I hope the owner learnes to be more kinder with his customers. Best regards,

Fab Stay in Venice

Pro: Very clean and homely apartment with everything you could need - large rooms, great location (canal outside window), quiet (and yet close to everything). Francesco was so kind left us lots of little extras and kept our luggage after check out. If you want a real Venetian experience this is a lovely place to stay - would definitely stay here again if in Venice.
