Pro: Moreno was in constant communication about our arrival and offered step-by-step information on how to reach the apartment and gain access. He even contacted us with information on luggage which had been delayed by the airline. The apartment exceeded expectation in terms of comfort, cleanliness and size, comfortably accomodating 7. The bathrooms are both newly renovated.

Modern apartment with a perfect location

Pro: Very convenient location close to the train station but in a quiet and picturesque square. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, everything was bright and clean. The host is very friendly and very responsive to our requests.

Contro: Nothing. Everything was very well prepared and maintained. Just be mindful, it is in the second floor with no elevator.

Amazing time in Venice

Pro: We were greeted by Moreno who was very pleasant in showing us around the property which is situated perfectly if you need to be within walking distance of the train station like we did. The property is nicely updated and in a very nice location. Moreno is VERY attentive and if we needed anything he was quick to provide assistance. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent apartment would highly recommend!

Pro: The apartment was large and spacious- perfect for our family (2 kids aged 20 & 18). The location was good - once we got used to the Venetian streets it was within a short walk of key sights and restaurants. Moreno was very responsive to our questions.

Great Stay

Pro: Great accommodation and location. We enjoy being on this side of Venice much more than the tourist side where it is too crowded. Lots of great little bars and restaurants to enjoy and at a much better value. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Pro: Everything-location, very spacious & spotlessly clean. Perfect for an extended family of 7 Moreno the host really made such a difference to our stay-response to any query within minutes. Allowed us to leave the luggage at the apartment before check in time. We also had a late flight & again was able to Leave the luggage at the property until Mid afternoon. Thank you so much. You went above & beyond & we will definitely stay with you again & recommend to our friends

Pro: The apartment was a recently renovated apartment. Very well appointed apartment nicely positioned near the railway at Venice. We were met by Moreno at the apartment and let into the apartment and shown around. Very spacious bedrooms with a large lounge room. All the bathrooms and kitchen were recently renovated to modern specifications. We had complimentary water and slippers supplied. A nice touch.

Contro: The apartment was on the second floor so you had to climb up to the apartment daily. No problem for fit mobile people.

Pro: Very close from the train station and Roma Plaza. Everything was perfect in the flat. Also Moreno is very kind host and he always reply very quickly.
