Pro: Tutto molto curato e pulito, cucina fornita di tutto il necessario per poter cucinare. Posizione perfetta e silenzio durante la notte. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Super consigliato!

Pro: Lovely location off of the main street, nice and quiet. The area is not as packed as the main tourist areas and has a lot of great food options. Host met us at the apartment and was very nice and gave us lots of information about the area.

Contro: a lot of stairs to get to the top floor where the apartment is located, but this is expected given it is a historic city. Bed slightly uncomfortable by morning. Could use a little dusting and walls to be cleaned but otherwise everything was great.

Marvelous Venice Experience

Pro: Beautiful and comfortable apartment with all the conveniences needed. Everything was clean and in perfect condition, the host was amazing, very friendly and organized. Check in and out was extremely convenient and we appreciated all the help and recommendations for our vacation. The location is very convenient, walking distance from the train and a very quiet neighborhood. Thank you for the marvelous vacation!

Pro: Great apartment in a great location, it has everything you need. The host was great with communication and dealing with requests.

Contro: The apartment is on a higher floor and there's no elevator, so just be wary of that if you're not good with stairs.

Pro: Amazing location for Venice but away from the tourist traps. Very nice balcony and spare bed.

Pro: location was perfect,host was really quick at answering us..gave us good advice we're to go..

Contro: would have like a small sofa to relax on when we got back after a long day..was only bed and kitchen chairs..

Charming luminous apartment with balcony in the very center of Venice

Pro: Wonderful very luminous apartment in the very center of Venice, close to the vaporetto station, and walking distance from the grocery store. The apartment has a balcony with amazing view over the city roofs. The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave. There are air cons in every room. Great place for two couples or the family with kids, as there are two bedrooms. The host was very helpful and charming.

Contro: Everything was great just some nuances :) The water pressure in the shower was not very strong, possibly because of the high floor. But the view totally pays for it. It should be noted that there is no lift in the building, so it may be hard for some people to use the charming steep historical staircase to the top floor. And there is no TV in the apartment, so enjoy your digital detox, or take your tablets with you!

Great location in the heart of food paradise !

Pro: Great location & close to many food outlets. Also super close to the ferry stop. Very clean, plenty of space for a couple & an easy check in process

Contro: No TV & pillows were not great but overall a great place
