Soggiorno favoloso a Venezia

Pro: Soggiorno perfetto! Appartamento molto centrale, elegante e ben tenuto. Un grande ringraziamento ai proprietari per l’accoglienza e la flessibilità!

Pro: La posizione è perfetta perché molto tranquilla ma comoda per poter visitare i sestieri di San Marco , Cannaregio , Castello, San Polo e Santacroce .... Appartamento pulitissimo , accogliente e sia il check in che il check out è stato perfetto ...speriamo di poter tornare presto

UN ANGOLO MERAVIGLIOSO, TORNEREMO SICURAMENTE!

Pro: L'appartamento è veramente delizioso e la sua posizione è strategica, ad un passo da tutto, ma lontano dal rumore delle vie più caotiche. È davvero un angolo romantico e la vista sul piccolo canale molto rilassante. Facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione e da molti punti di interesse, data la vicinanza alla fermata Ca D'Oro. La gentilezza della proprietaria è stata super, raro trovarne ad oggi! Sicuramente torneremo.

Contro: L'appartamento è molto bello, l'unico suggerimento che ci viene in mente è di lasciare un cambio biancheria in più per il bagno, soggiornando più giorni può essere utile.

Ottimo per vivere Venezia

Pro: Appartamento accogliente in posizione tranquilla, ottima per poter raggiungere i luoghi più importanti e vicino a ogni tipo di ristorazione, dalla pasticceria al Mc; pulito, arredato con gusto con tocchi classici gradevoli ed ogni comfort, acqua nel frigo, staff attento ed efficiente. Le scale un po' ripide e strette, ma siamo nel cuore di Venezia tra canali e calle quindi ci stanno! Senz'altro da tener presente per un soggiorno a Venezia sia turistico che di lavoro.

Pro: Ogni cosa. La cura nei dettagli, la posizione tranquilla lontano dal casino ma a pochi minuti dal famoso Rialto. L affaccio su uno dei tanti canali veneziani. Bellissimo soggiorno!

Contro: Nulla. Se proprio devo dire qualcosa penserei all'impossibilità di lasciare le valigie per qualche ora dopo il check in delle 10.00

Pro: The apartment is very nicely furnished and decorated. I felt comfortable and safe here. The location is amazing with beautiful views onto a canal and a short walk to both a vaporetto and an Alilaguna (airport waterbus) stop. You can also walk to San Marco in 15 minutes. The street is super quiet and charming. I had a great week staying here.

Contro: The radiator in the bathroom was very rusty and there was a bit of what looked like mold on the wall. The kitchen didn't have any rags, tea towels or dishwasher tablets and had a very odd selection of drinking glasses. The adress on Booking is not correct. The property is on a different street, very close, but still different. They even had the wrong address in the message I got a few days before my trip and they also tell you a way to arrive from the airport that makes no sense. I think maybe they have multiple properties and something got mixed up. They tell you to go to the stop Guglie, which is miles away from the apartment and would probably be a 30 minute walk. Instead take the blue Alilaguna line from the Airport to F.te Nove, and then it's only a 6 minute walk to the apartment, much easier. They gave me the number of Nadia who was supposed to check me in and I confirmed the correct adress and way to travel with her over WhatsApp before. So it was all fine in the end, but I don't get why they don't correct the address on here, as I have seen other reviews mentioning the same issue.

Pro: Close to all atractions but in quiet street.. Flat ir big for venice, 2 seperate rooms, good contitioner, good fridge. ,, balcony,, is window. 1person can fit its buttock on pillow and enjoy view.

Contro: 1. Wou can check in at 12.00 not 11.00 as mentioned at booking time. And if you need 11.00 then you pay extra (100eur). Even at 12.00 flat was not ready. 20 min waiting and we just leaved bags and let them finish cleaning 2.problems with kitchen. Old frying pans, better not to try fry eggs. And after then you cant get them clean. In two days kitchen was stinky better not yose it or buy your own cleaning things. 3.address in booking is correct, but find it better in google maps. Booking shows it not correct

Pro: Looks just like the photos . Plenty of room and kitchen facilities.

Contro: Be prepared to climb 3 flights of stairs to apartment . No pods for the coffee machine . Could do with a new Bed Cover , it was old and discoloured .
