Cà d'Oro

Pro: Vado spesso a Venezia per lavoro ma un appartamento cosi luminoso è difficile da trovare.Delizioso il terrazzo con vista sui tetti! Casa ordinata ,pulita e ben attrezzata. Fermata del vaporetto a pochi passi cosi come negozi di ogni genere. Check in puntuale ed efficiente.Host disponibile per ogni richiesta. Tornerò sicuramente!! PS nei giorni del mio soggiorno stavano montando un servo scala che renderebbe ancora più agevole l'accesso all'appartemento.

Loved it from the minute we got off the plane to the min we got off the water taxi back at the airpo

Pro: The property was in an excellent location. Yes there are 74 steps up to the apartment but we are all able bodied and did not present a problem for us. Plus gave nice views out of the main bedroom window. There is a lovely terrace out the back that looks over the roof tops. We were met by a lovely lady called Natia. Natia could not do enough for us. She quickly replaced the hairdryer when it stopped working and provided additional towels. She also sorted out the leaky canopy so we could sit on the terrace. Without asking her, she provided precise directions on how to get to the Vaperetto to Murano (only a 10 min walk away). She made the stay go without incident. The living space was antiquated but this added to the Venetian charm. We did not cook at all so can not comment on these facilities.

Contro: The shower basin needed a good clean.

Central located apartment

Pro: Location was very central and close to shops, restaurants and supermarket. Very clean, bed really comfy. Host kept in touch which was good. We were met by a member of staff to give us keys and show us around.

Contro: Apartment was at the top of 4 flights of stairs, gave us a workout every day. There was a stair lift not sure if can be used by guests with mobility issues.

Home away from home 😊🏡

Pro: We felt like home in the centre of Venice! They were very kind to let us check in early for simbolic additional fee. Beds were comfortable, there was enough wardrobes, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, fully equipped kitchen... All the conveniences of a real home! We loved to have a meal on a spatious balcony with a view over the rooftops. It was very quiet at night, although location was next to one of the main streets. Additional plus were the best tratoria and a luggage storage on the square right downstairs.

Contro: Some moskitoes bothered us during the night so I recommend to bring some repellent. There is no elevator, the stairs are very steep and it's top floor. However there was a chair for disabled persons to go up and downstairs.

Pro: Excellent apartment on a central location, not that far from Ponte Rialto and close to coffee houses, trattorias, souvenir shops etc. Ca' d'oro vaporetto station is just around the corner. The place has everything needed for even a week long stay. Comfortable beds, two convenient bathrooms and two terraces with marvelous view. We had an unforgettable stay and would totally recommend this place for accommodation in Venice!

Contro: The apartment is on top floor so the stairs can be a bit challenging if you're not used to climbing. Still, there's no other way if you want this view. The other thing I need to mention are the mosquitoes - a device or a repellent is a must.

Amazing place

Pro: We had the amazing time at Cà d'Oro apartment. The hostess, Natia is a very very lovely women, she cared about us since we arrived to the last minutes. The apartment exceeded our expectations, the location is perfect, 15min walk to Rialto bridge, 20min walk to the station, vaporetto stop just around the corner. And it is in quite area. Lots of caffes, shops, ice cream shops, one of the biggest coop near by. The apartment very comfortable, clean and have everything you need. Beds and bedding, especially pillows were amazing. We loved to have morning coffee in the balcony while enjoying the view. I would love to come back and stay here again.

Contro: We didn't have anything to complain about.

Perfect location in an artistic period home.

Pro: The host showed great attention to meeting us late with the keys & checking in that all was ok or if we needed anything. Ideal location to explore with ease . Comfortable for our group of 6 .

Un très chouette endroit pour visiter Venise !

Pro: L’emplacement était vraiment incroyable, très propre et très bien aménagé (avec 2 chambres).

Contro: Tout était vraiment parfait. Juste peut-être une indication : nos enfants sont très grands (plus d’1m90) et les lits étaient un peu petits (2 lits individuels dans une des chambres).

Pro: 地理位置非常好，房子內的佈置也很雅緻。 服務很親切，有任何問題都馬上提供協助。 浴巾的質感很柔軟，超級舒服。 房間窗戶看出去風景很美，還有陽台，真的令人心曠神怡！ 非常推薦，也希望下次有機會再入住。

Pro: L'accueil de notre hôte et sa disponibilité sans failles. L'appartement spacieux, fonctionnel avec ses 2 chzmbres, ses deux toilettes, sa salle de bain bien équipée, sa pièce à vivre avec un coin cuisine pratique, sa terrasse sans vis à vis avec vue sur les toits de Venise. Son emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville: avoir un arrêt de vaporetto à 2 mn à pied est un vrai us et nous permettait de venir nous reposer aux heures les plus chaudes quand les touristes journaliers saturent qui plus est le ville Vraiment,pouvoir déambuler dans la ville tôt le matin et tard le soir fut un vrai plaisir,dans u quartier sûr et populaire offrant toutes les commodités. Restaurants avec un très bon rapport qualité prix par exemple,fréquentés par des Italiens et même des Vénitiens !
