Centralissimo e spazioso.

Pro: La posizione a 3 minuti da Piazza San Marco, la cucina molto attrezzata ed accessoriata, il letto matrimoniale comodo.

Contro: I due piani di scale.

Pro: La posizione è eccellente, l appartamento spazioso e luminoso, il proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile. Considerato il rapporto qualità prezzo davvero notevole, torneremo sicuramente!

Pro: Venice is a very exspensive city to stay. This apartment was very good value . It was very spacious, excellent location. All appliances was new. Everything was very clean. Enough towels where provided for duration of stay. Tons of hot water for shower for a family of 4. Very attentive host.

Contro: It did not matter to us but the decor is a bit dated. But this appartment is such good value and everything else espesially the location and comfort of the apartment was so good thatvthisbdid not bother us at all.

Pro: Great and calm loication. Comfortable bed, well equiped kitchen. Great to stay with familly, you have enoght space.

Pro: Wonderful hosts, very helpful, and a real bonus starting the day with complimentary breakfast. Great central location in tree-lined street near the Colosseum.

Well-equipped and warm home at perfect location

Pro: The location was really good - close to a water bus station and within walking distance to St. Mark’s Basilica. Appreciate the early check in and a friendly staff received us when we reached, bringing us through the various equipment in the house. The property was also very spacious. But above all, the greatest thing about the property was the strong heater system, which kept us warm as temperatures dropped. Price to quality ratio is high :)

Contro: Two steep flights of stairs up and water pressure of the shower can be stronger.

Pro: Excellent value for money for Venice. Very clean. Close to San Marco but in quieter / tucked away area. On second floor (about 30 steps up, no lift) so good light in rooms. kitchen generally well equipped, except no basic condiments or tea towels.

Contro: No capacity to leave luggage earlier than check in time, but nearby Isola hotel is a bounce luggage storage agent. Twin beds are squeaky and bit uncomfortable.
