Un soggiorno in stile veneziano

Pro: L'appartamento è molto ampio e luminoso, dotato di ogni comfort, arredato con cura e in stile veneziano. I due bagni, completamente ristrutturati, sono come nuovi. La posizione è eccezionale, la nostra preferita a Venezia, a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco, comoda a tutto. Ci è stato consegnato con largo anticipo rispetto all'orario indicato e in ogni caso il proprietario è disponibile per far depistare i bagagli all'arrivo e anche alla partenza. Vorrei segnalare la qualità dei cuscini e dei materassi presenti in entrambi i letti matrimoniali, che ci hanno permesso di riposare in modo molto confortevole.

Contro: L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano, ovviamente senza ascensore, occorre organizzarsi per portare su eventuali valigie ingombranti. Il proprietario si era comunque offerto di farci trovare un addetto per il servizio.

Ci ritornerei sicuramente

Pro: Tutto ok Adatto sia per brevi soggiorni che lunghi Centralissimo

Contro: Come in molte altre strutture veneziane non c’è L ascensore e l alloggio ubicato al terzo piano potrebbe non essere adatto a persone anziane che hanno difficoltà a fare le scale .

Pro: La posizione, la gentilezza dell'host, la pulizia

Pro: The location was amazing, close to the water taxis and San Marco. The inside of the property was beautiful, really felt like I was in Venice but modern too (the art around each room were unique and beautiful).

Contro: This isn’t necessarily a bad thing as stairs are everywhere in Venice but it is on the third floor. However the views up there are worth it

A wonderful stay in Venice

Pro: We loved the location. We could see the Gondalas from our balcony and we enjoyed our neighbourhood. So convenient and good fun. The accomodation was very generous with lovely dining room and living room. Bathrooms were great too

Great location, comfortable and clean.

Pro: The location could not be better, comfortable, clean and air conditioning was a blessing.

Contro: The access was a little tricky with cases.

Excellent stay in an historic building in a great location

Pro: Alvise and Martina were great hosts and very responsive to all of my questions. They offered lots of restaurant and shopping recommendations, and even booked a water taxi to take us to the airport.

Magical first trip to Venuce full of fun, laughter and good memories made.

Pro: Excellent location close to lots of restaurants, bars and water transport. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Very spacious.

Contro: The 51 steps to reach it ! But we got used to them. 😊

Perfect for us.

Pro: Good communication on which waterbus to get from the airport and where to meet the host to take us to the apartment. The apartment location is excellent, near to all the sights , the waterbus and restaurants. The apartment is Very clean and comfortable and had 2 bathrooms which we wanted and Had everything we needed for our short stay. Yes there are stairs up to the apartment but they were not a problem for us. As someone previously said, make sure you’ve got all your supplies before you go up!

Contro: Everything met all our needs for our length of stay.
