Venetian Dream in Biennale Area by Wonderful Italy

Una bellissima casa a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Venezia.

Pro: L'appartamento è davvero molto grande, con due stanze da letto enormi e doppio bagno, di cui uno nella stanza con letto matrimoniale, ognuno dotato di doccia. Vicinissimo all'appartamento c'è una comoda COOP per la spesa e la via principale è molto curata e piena di locali.

Contro: NIente di rilevante

Pro: Appartamento al primo piano carino. Posizione defilata dal super centro ma bella, comoda e vicina a negozi e locali. Istruzioni fornite OK (anche se la fermata più comoda è Arsenale e non Giardini)

Contro: Pulizia del pavimento migliorabile. Leggero odore di stagnante dal bagno (ma credo a Venezia sia normale).

Pro: Posizione fantastica, casa molto confortevole e comoda, location eccellente

Pro: The apartment was very comfortable — two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a washing machine, dishwasher, and a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful little details: a set with a brand-new dish sponge, bottled water for the whole stay (maybe we were just lucky, but you can really see that the owner puts a lot of care into this place and the cleaning is done very thoroughly). The location is perfect — just 5 minutes to the promenade where you can watch beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Even closer, there’s a street full of restaurants for every taste, a park, supermarkets, and even a cheese shop (great for gifts). Overall, we absolutely loved it and would gladly stay here again!

Cozy apartments

Pro: Comfortable apartment, 2 bathrooms - it's very convenient. It's also good that the sofa in the living room folds out

Contro: Google maps and geolocation of the address gives a completely different point in the city center. Google maps do not work, so it's necessary to find out in detail in advance how to get to the place. But this has nothing to do with the apartments. Their location is great and not far from the center.

Very confortable

Pro: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was excellent, within easy reach of public transportation and local attractions. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a fully functional kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful, making our check-in and check-out process seamless. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. Overall the value for the price was very good.

Pro: Great location near the Biennale, quiet street. self-retrieval of keys, good instructions on how to find an apartment.

Contro: We only stayed one night. We were only able to enter at 3:00 PM and leave the next morning at 10, and for that short stay we were sent too many rules regarding waste disposal, e.g. with a note that we will be charged if waste remains in the apartment or something in the fridge. For the price we paid for such a short stay, such instructions are not appropriate

Pro: Close to the main touristic areas. Cozy place, modern and clean.
