Pro: Ottima posizione fra l’Arsenale e i Giardini, in zona molto ben servita da negozi e locali. Appartamento davvero bello e con ogni comfort.

Beautiful apartment conveniently located

Pro: The location was so convenient to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and pharmacies. The accommodation was a beautiful apartment with all the conveniences including a washing machine. We LOVED our stay.

Contro: Nothing...although on reflection a clothes drying rack in addition to the small bathroom racks and small alleyway clothes line would have been helpful.

Pro: Location, Location, Location!! Brilliant apartment in a brilliant area of Venice .. out of the hustle and bustle but still within beautiful restaurants - ferries … walking distance to all attractions / loved it ..

Excellent accommodation in lovely location. Great communication from host.

Pro: Clean, spacious, had everything we needed. Lovely location near busy and vibrant street with lots of restaurants and cafes. Marco was extremely good at communicating and providing recommendations. Helpfully he provided a place to leave our luggage following check-out. Excellent property.

Pro: The location was excellent. It is away from the chaos but still close enough to walk to everything. There are some lovely bars and restaurants a few meters away and the water taxi/bus stops within 5 mins so the airport is easily accessible. The property was spotlessly clean and beds were comfy. Marco the host was super helpful and was communicating from the moment we landed until we reached the apartment to make sure we got in ok. If we go back to Venice I would definitely stay again.
