Pro: La colazione non era prevista, l'appartamento è in un quartiere vivace e al tempo stesso risulta estremamente silenzioso. nelle strette vicinanze trovi tutto, dal supermercato a negozi di vicinato, soprattutto trovi molte soluzioni buone per pranzare, cenare e per gli aperitivi. Il quartiere è frequentato anche da veneziani, cosa non abituale a Venezia. facile raggiungere la stazione, i vaporetti e le classiche attrazioni di Venezia. Ideale per un soggiorno lungo

Contro: per un soggiorno lungo le dotazioni della cucina potrebbero essere completate da tagliere, insalatiera, una macchina da caffè tipo espresso o lavazza. ma si vive anche senza.

Pro: Valentina is a fantastic host, and we were delighted with the apartment during our stay! Wonderful self-catering facilities and great location to easily visit sites across Venice.

Lovely place

Pro: It’s clean, comfortable, near restaurants, Shops, quiet location, near Madonna D’orto stop for boat public transport. She provides everything you need to stay. The host Valentina she is very kind and answered me all the questions.

Contro: It’s not so far waking to the tourist places, but when you are tired after a walking all day, the place seems far to walk back, especially when is hot weather. The rules for the bin is bit annoying. You have to leave the bins outside before 8am and every day is different bin. As I did not have many rubbish I did not put outside , but I brought with me and I throw it away in the airport . Also the day of check out you still consume foods, so not able to put it outside … but not a big deal

Pro: Great location, with many good Osterias nearby. Excellent value for money and a very kind and welcoming owner. Highly recommended!

A fairy tale house

Pro: The location is perfect. In a quietly buzzing area but away from the crowds. A lot of bars and restaurants nearby. The flat is really cute. It looks like a doll’s house, it’s spotlessly clean and the patio is a very charming area for breakfast or a drink in the evening. Kitchen is very well equipped. Valentina is very attentive and available. We’ll definitely go back.

Contro: As it is a vintage house flushing in the toilet needs careful attention.

Pro: We loved that Valentina was so welcoming and communicative. The location was great and easily accessible to most of Venice's attractions especially the Jewish Ghetto. The apartment was well stocked and we were able to catch up on washing. A very homely stay. We felt like locals.

Cosy apartment in a great location!

Pro: The host Valentina is friendly and always ready to assist to the guests with any inquires. Apartment is very cosy and well equipped. Plus we loved the location!

Pro: Convenient location. Close to the train station, bus station (10/15min walk). Supermarkets just a few minutes from the apartment. Quiet area but with everything that you need. The apartment has everything that you need for your stay. The photos and description in booking are accurate. Valentina is a great host. Great communication. Easy check-in and check-out. She helped us through a big mistake that we made. Attention to detail was excellent. We definitely recommend 100x100 stay at her apartment.

Wonderful place, great host, highly recommandable

Pro: Wie liked everything and will most certainly go back. We knew the area from a previous visit and it is exactly where we wanted to be. The apartment is well equipped, cosy and quiet. Valentina is a wonderful host, she was so helpful in advance with advice on how to get to her place, she was there personally to show me everything in the apartment and the fact that she cleans it herself probably adds to its cleanliness. We felt most welcome and communication before, troughout and after our visit was most easy. We cannot wait to go back.

Contro: Having to leave was the only thing we did not like.

Pro: Perfect location where you can get a glimpse of the Venetians doing their own things. The apartment is big, comfortable and full of personality.
