Io e i miei amici ci siamo proprio goduti Venezia e la posizione dell'alloggio è stata fondamentale

Pro: Posizione davvero fantastica vicino a tanti locali e alla vita notturna di Venezia. Nonostante questo l'appartamento è molto silenzioso. Comodo anche per tutti gli spostamenti. Appartamento rifornito di tutto e con letti comodi. Molto facile la gestione digitale dell'accesso all'alloggio senza necessità di chiavi.

Contro: Troppo pressanti le comunicazioni e le istruzioni/contratti richiesti dal proprietario per usufruire dell'appartamento. Capisco che abbia avuto brutte esperienze in passato e non posso che dispiacermene per lui, ma per me che volevo passare un weekend di leggerezza in giro per Venezia è un pò pesato.

A true Venetian apartment :)

Pro: -The accommodation is quiet -Very good location -The boat station is 3 minutes walk! -There is a large Spar supermarket nearby (2 minutes) -They sent a message, who to call if there is a problem

Contro: The equipment in the apartment is a bit used and weak! The bed is quite soft and creaky! You have to check in with a computer!it's a bit difficult A lady gave us the keys. She also took a photo of our ID again! .... ? The apartment is on the second floor. Only if someone has difficulty climbing stairs! This was not a problem for us. I really need a mosquito net on the window!

Nice and well located apartment in Venice

Pro: the place has a great location, near everything but far enough from the crowds, the apartment is nice, and everything you need for a nice stay in Venice. Supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are nearby and easy to get everywhere. The hosts were nice, responsive, and ready to help.

Contro: The only thing is that the AC is in the living room and is not able to cool down the rooms so in summer, is you are used to AC this could be a small inconvenience but this is a thing you can adapt during your stay.

So pleased we stayed where comfort, location, food and drink were nicely wrapped up with ambiance.

Pro: The location was amazing! As we set out on our daily adventures, we were able to get a coffee and croissant just out our door. There were many restaurants and little cafes and bars so close it was impossible to select just one! The ambiance of the area was amazing! The apartment was very clean and because we traveled with a friend, he was able to access his own bathroom. A real ++!. Thank you. Enjoyed the stay very much.

Pro: Amplios espacios, al interior de un condominio, lejos del ruido de la calle, en un barrio bohemio con buenos restaurantes, gelatto y una pizza ría maravillosa con buenos precios.

Contro: Todo ok.

Bardzo udany pobyt - apartament idealny dla 4 osób

Pro: Przyjemny apartament, idealny dla 4 osób, świetna lokalizacja, w spokojnej dzielnicy z dala od tłumu turystów. W pobliżu dużo klimatycznych barów i restauracji.

Excellent value for the price, with minor caveats to consider ...

Pro: PROS: - Excellent location - Outside noise isolated property - 2 independent rooms with 2 independent bathrooms - Relatively spacious bedrooms - Fully-equipped with everything you need (clean towels, toilet paper, soap, kitchenware, mini-fridge, extra blankets, etc) - Comfortable environment - Excellent property VALUE for the PRICE overall

Contro: CONS: - Check-in process: you must make sure you have a wall to call/text property owner to be able to access! There seems to be no other reliable way around. We didn't have a way to call/text so check-in process was difficult. - AC unit only reaches the living room/kitchen area: even if you let the rooms' doors opened, air won't circulate much. So expect to sleep in a very hot room if you come during summer. - Unreliable wifi: wifi comes and goes * Kitchen is extremely small: however, you shouldn't expect a big kitchen in Venice. Specially not at this price range. * There is no laundry machine: not all properties have one, so not a big issue. Just plan accordingly if you rent here.

Really good place for family of four

Pro: The apartment was lovely, comfortable, and clean. Good location, quiet, and affordable. The communication with the host was excellent.

Pro: Our favorite part is that there were 2 bathrooms! We really needed that. The space was perfect - very spacious for us and our 2 kids. We really appreciated the constant communication of our host and that there was someone there to meet us with the keys. It was also nice to have a/c.

Contro: It would have been nice if the a/c was in the bedrooms, but as long as we kept the bedroom doors open, we were fine. The beds were more comfortable than our last place but not as comfortable as beds in a major hotel chain.

Nice clean spacious apartment in great location in Venice.

Pro: The property was clean and spacious, and in an excellent location. I liked the hardwood floor.

Contro: We found it a bit difficult to check-in because part of the check-in process requires phoning a local Italian number and our phones could not dial it (we borrowed a stranger’s phone). Note our phone could send messages via the app. It would have been simpler if the owner met us in person.
