Tra i tetti di Venezia

Pro: La posizione è ottima vicinissimi al ponte rialto quindi centrali. La cucina perfettamente funzionante, ci ha permesso di cucinarci qualche pasto veloce, completa di tutto. La casa piccolina ma molto accogliente.

Contro: In verità non è che non mi sia piaciuto è solo un avvertimento per chi non ama le scale 😂 per arrivare c’è ne sono un bel po. La lavatrice era fuori uso

IL MIO SOGGIORNO A VENEZIA

Pro: Casa molto accogliente e ideale per un soggiorno a Venezia. Ottima posizione per raggiungere tutti i sestieri. Pulita, ordinata e attrezzata di tutto se si vuole magiare a casa. Altra cosa importante per un turista che non ha mai visto Venezia è che l'host ha creato un book con tutte le informazioni necessarie(trasporti, raccolta differenziata, posti dove mangiare accessibili e tutti e regole da rispettare in città). Francesco, l'host sempre disponibile. Tutto ottimo.

A good base for exploring Venice

Pro: The accommodation matched the photos and description. We arrived in the evening and the street felt dark and a bit run-down (mostly looking like shop storage areas), but it was fine. I wouldn't recommend it only for people with mobility issues, as the staircase is quite narrow and steep. It didn't bother us, though (you just think twice about going up and down for a third time, and after a day of sightseeing, you’d rather just stay in :-) ). The kitchenette is tiny. Sufficient for preparing breakfast (coffee was provided). The sloped ceilings might be an issue for taller people, We noticed some occasional noise from the neighbors, but nothing terrible, and it was mostly quiet at night. The owner responded to messages immediately, and there was a detailed information book about the city available.

Lovely place to stay and the owner was very helpful with any issues. Would highly recommend

A lovely place in the heart of Venice (if you can afford it)

Pro: Everything was perfect. The house is equipped with everything you might like or want. Francesco has done a great job with it and as we are in the matter of the host, he is extremely kind, responsive and reliable. The aesthetic he gave the house is very warming and makes everyone feel welcomed. We could find anything we needed that the house didn't already provide, but by my experience, I would expect if it's within reason he would accommodate. The location is in the same category of strong points. In the heart of Venice and has access to every direction you might want to explore.

Contro: Nothing detrimental to note. Just a warning. The house has a steep flight of stairs. Noteworthy only if you have someone suffering from respiratory issues or inflammation of the joints (weak heart, arthritis ect) and so on. But my gf who is troubled by poor health managed just fine.

Absolutely lovely, can only recommend!

Pro: It was in a super location, the house was exactly as described with lovely interior design.

Amazing Apartement in Venice !!

Pro: - good location - comfy bed!! - fully equipped kitchen - Francesco (host) was amazing!! So friendly and made check in and check out so so easy!! - information book inside that gave us great insight into Venice and the apartment - not an issue but just a warning there are a fair number of stairs required to reach the apartment

Pro: The place is very well located, equiped and comfortable
