Charming Apartment on the Grand Canal R&R

Contro: I 3 piani di scale e realtivj gradinj so o un po' impegnativi

Pro: A pochi metri dal Canal Grande e dal Ponte di Rialto; appartamento ben arredato e piacevole. Lavastoviglie. Macchina del caffè. Lavatrice

Contro: Più che altro qualche osservazione: scale strette e scomode con le valigie; televisore predisposto ma senza internet; check out alle 10 per un successivo check in alle 15 un po’ troppo presto

An early Spring escape!

Pro: Location, location, location!! The management company were very flexible and helpful, especially Pietro and Simone!!

Contro: Third floor stairs were tough going with a suitcase. A welcome pack of fresh food would be welcome, as well as a welcome guide.

Pro: This apartment's name is perfectly fitting to its name. It really was very charming and cosy. It was very clean and the air conditioner was great, very quickly cooling the rooms. The beds were very comfortable, with great pillows. It was in a great location, right off the Grand Canal and Rialto bridge. The coffee provided was fantastic, great quality espresso. If I had to fault one thing it would be that it's on the third floor, with no elevator access. The stairs are very narrow, making it tricky to carry suitcases upstairs. But we laughed a lot trying to get up there with 5 very heavy suitcases, making a great story to tell our friends and family. We are still laughing about it.

Contro: Perhaps provide more toilet paper for the 5 guests

Pro: The location is beautiful, near the Rialto bridge. Close to restaurants, gondola, taxi and boat station. Shops were near. You can get to tourist attractions real quick.

Contro: That part of the city is a bit crowded and noisy. The apartment is located on the last floor, in an old building without an elevator. It was a little bit cumbersome for us going up the stairs with three children and a stroller. And you should consider this if you have some kind of disability.

Great location, ample size for family of 4, not the best value in terms of bathrooms or 'wow' factor

Pro: Location was incredible, so well located, lots of stairs but that wasn't a problem, no views, but again we weren't there to stay inside :-)

Contro: The only thing was that we had to ask for the double bed in the lounge to be made up as we couldn't find the bedding, so had one night with no sheets.

Pro: The apartment was perfect! So clean with everything you need. Close to the shops & restaurants. Loved the washing machine also. Spacious apartment. We definitely return.

Contro: There are a lot of stairs going to the unit and inside the unit but the location makes up for it! :)

Venice' gem, few steps from the Rialto

Pro: The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an old building (like venice) totally modernized inside with all commodities, even a washing machine 😀, the decor is tasteful and professional and the location is amazing, few steps from the Rialto. Great restaurants and shopping in the back lanes and a very close bakery for the fresh croissants in the morning BUT, the extraordinary help and patience (we were 45mn late) of the welcoming agent Belinda made our experience in this apartment very special.

Contro: We stayed only 2 nights
