Ottima opzione per soggiornare a Venezia

Pro: Tutto fantastico! Per soggiornare a Venezia per qualche giorno è ottimo! Bella la zona e la posizione al terzo piano dell'appartamento! In casa c'è tutto e l'arredamento contribuisce a farti sentire il calore dei proprietari, non come le solite case in affitto per turisti... Proprietario gentilissimo e davvero disponibile per tutto! Grazie!

Pro: Location and the flat were great. We had a very good experience. Communication with the host very smooth, everything clear and easy to understand. Everything that we could need was available - hairdryer was the most surprising item, I've never dried my hair so fast! Beds were also very comfy.

Pro: Excellent host, responds super fast on booking.com, very helpful, gives lots of hints and advice. . Good location, well-equipped kitchen.

Pro: Not far from train station, comfortable walk to all the sites.

Contro: Only stayed two nights so nothing to comment on.

A Cannaregio jewel.

Pro: Well appointed apartment with everything I needed. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Excellent air-conditioning for a pretty humid couple of days! The stairs were a struggle getting a suitcase up, but there weren't too many!

Great place for a long stay in Venice

Pro: The hosts, Max and Cristiana, were the best, always available to reply to any of our questions. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The neighborhood was quiet. The air conditioning was a must since the city was extremely hot during daytime. They have an online system to open the building and the apartment door, but once you get inside there are also keys.

Contro: There wasn't anything in particular we disliked. People with knee issues: the steep stairs up to the third floor might be a problem. Tall people: The bathroom is too small. I'm 1.68 and there was about just 15-20 cm between my head and the ceiling. You exchange closeness to the main attractions of the city for affordability, which is convenient in a city with such expensive accommodation as Venice.

Great location

Pro: Location was great, communication was superb, good value. Glad we were told about stairs.

Contro: Stairwell was awkward but we were expecting that.

Perfect

Pro: Wonderful location, in the old ghetto, very close to the train station and Piazzale Roma. Easy to find, very modern key system . Comunication with Massimo, the owner, was excellent. Clean and comfortable, very well equiped kitchen, all amenities for 3 person. Thank you Massimo. I highly recommend. I will come back .
