Perfect value for money!
Pro: Great location, beautiful apartment, we appreciate the 3 full bathroom. Great view and restaurants near by. good connection for visiting Murano and Burano and all Venice. Close to Piazzale Roma for Airport transfer.
Contro: As we were 6 , we slept in the couch and it is not the most comfortable in the world. There is an nesspreso machine , we would have liked to have some pods for it. It wasn’t a big deal for us because we just got down at the pasticeria from ground floor.

Pro: Great experience. Great host with excellent always in touch for support and recommendations. Perfectly located, Spacious apartment with 2 separate, comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Apartment had everything we needed.

Spacious, comfortable and convenient
Pro: This is a very spacious apartment with three bathrooms. Heating works well and it is well equipped. Lovely view from the bedroom window of the canal. It is extremely handy for water taxi, train and bus station, all within walking distance. Local people are very friendly and there are bakery's or mini supermarkets on your doorstep. No shortage of restaurants either. A very good base. Good communication with the host. I would recommend staying here.
Contro: Unfortunately our flight was delayed. I understood that there would be a penalty for late arrivals and that was ok. But trying to rush to get to the apartment with children was very stressful and could have been alleviated by a self check in system, which is just a suggestion. The headboard in the main bedroom could do with being replaced, otherwise it was very clean. If you are a light sleeper you will need to keep the shutters and window closed as the hustle and bustle of the noise from the street does travel. But it's a nice noise of people talking, laughing or water boats delivering goods etc. it is on a busy street.

If we had to go to Venice again I will book exactly the same accommodation.
Pro: The apartment was so ideal, with fantastic view of a nearby canal as well as the lively Venetian street where it is located. Spacious and relaxing accommodation, not too far from tourist attractions. The person who welcomed and oriented us was friendly and helpful.
Contro: You have to go upstairs two storeys high, but that might have been an advantage in that it probably spared us from too much noise from the busy street where it is located if we were closer to the ground.

Sehr komfortabel und zufriedenstellend
Pro: Sehr schönes und großes Apartment mit 3 Badezimmern, 2 Schlafzimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche. Überall Marmorboden. Alle Zimmer sehr hell und schön eingerichtet. Ein großes Wohnzimmer. Schöner Ausblick.
Contro: Geschirrspüler spült nicht mehr richtig. Kein Aufzug im Haus.

Pro: Duże mieszkanie w centrum ,czysto ,nowocześnie ,trzy łazienki z ręcznikami ,kosmetykami,wygodne łóżka ,w salonie trochę slabe ,ale do zaakceptowania .pościel czysta nowa bardzo przyjemna. W salonie duży stół mega wygodny do spotkań,kuchnia też ok.lokalizacja perfekt,wszędzie blisko za rogiem fajne knajpki z jedzonkiem i sklep z lokalnym winem sprzedawany na litry. Dwa duze sklepy spożywcze blisko jeden w pieknym starym teatrze polecamy.na prawo za rogiem jest stoisko z rybami i owocami morza super świeże ogolnie 10/10

Awesome and lovely location
Pro: Rooms were large and bathrooms were great, and had good amenities. Location was great too!
Contro: The place was not that clean, the counters at bath and kitchen were not clean, espresso machine was not working and the the living room carpets were dirty and not vacuumed. This we saw after we closed the pull out bed, Couches too had a lot of stains. Otherwise the place was great.

דירה נהדרת, בפרט לשומרי שבת.
Pro: דירה רחבת ידיים, 3 חדרי אמבטיה מלאים, יש מיזוג אוויר מלא למרות שלא הופיע בפירוט המתקנים. התנהלו איתנו באדיבות רבה. קרוב לבתי הכנסת ומסעדות כשרות.
Contro: מקום נהדר. קשה לחשוב על חסרונות.
