Pro: Un soggiorno perfetto! L’appartamento è splendido, pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli. La posizione è ideale, e Veronica è stata gentilissima e attenta a ogni esigenza. Tornerò sicuramente!

Really enjoyed our stay at Venice Haven Apartment.

Pro: Very quaint and cosy. Had a lovely homely feel with excellent quality towels and bedding.

Contro: The stairs were challenging. Might have been good to have tv in living room.

Lovely apartment in perfect location

Pro: Well furnished, spacious flat in a quiet area and great access to Rialto, San Marco, Canareggio, Accademia. Our host, Carla, was absolutely brilliant - helpful, rapid comms, and met us at the vaporetto stop to guide us to the accommodation. I can't praise her enough! Good provision of kitchen and bathroom supplies (tho if you are like me, with sensitive skin, take your own, as the shampoo etc has no ingredients shown). Very comfortable and elegant. High quality towels and bedding and - hurrah! - a range of pillows. Good kitchen, so you can take advantage of the nearest supermarket (10 mins away) and Rialto fish market.

Contro: The AC unit in the bedroom is too noisy to use at night - just as other reviewers have said - due to on/off compressor noise. You can try earplugs, use only the lounge unit, or if cool enough, you can open the windows (they have insect nets :) . No other issues.

Pro: Lovely apartment. Every tiny detail had been considered. An extra special thank you to Carla who kept in touch before, during and after our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The best service we have received during any holiday we have taken. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Venice

Pro: Well appointed and spotlessly clean, with all you need for a short or longer stay. Great location. Very helpful staff

Contro: Hmm - nothing! I would have liked a pop-up toaster but the sandwich grill worked in its place

Pro: The location is perfect and is quite but close to everything you need . Restaurants, deli , tourist attractions.

Great spot in Venice

Pro: A great cosy warm and comfortable apartment in a perfect location yet in a quiet spot. Walking distance to the San Samuel vaperetto stop. Check in with Matteo was easy and timely. It felt like we were living like locals. We loved the comfy bed and bath robes

Pro: Great location - nice touches in the apartment. Uber responsive hosts. Easy to keep bags after check-out.

Contro: A little too much communication before arrival. We weren’t ready for it.

Pro: The host was very helpful, explaining which boat to take to get there and provided directions to the apartment with pictures. She also gave us a tour of the property and explained how everything worked. The apartment was clean, large and had all neccessary items. It felt like we were staying in a real Venecian home. We loved it.
