Pro: Una Casa molto confortevole e calda, pulita e con un bel bagno.. che è tutto quello che si vuole dopo una giornata di km a piedi in giro per Venezia. Letto e cuscini comodi, check in facile e veloce , posizione centrale, ma molto silenziosa! ci siamo trovati molto bene

Come festeggiare il compleanno in una maniera indimenticabile!!

Pro: Appartamento rinnovato recentemente, curato nei minimi dettagli con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Situato in posizione strategica a pochi passi dalle fermate del vaporetto o per arrivare in fretta a San Marco a piedi. Da consigliare

Pro: Ottima soluzione per me e la mia famiglia. Zona tranquilla. Letto comodissimo. Noi non abbiamo sfruttato molto la cucina, ma c'era veramente tutto per cucinare.

Pro: Absolutely loved our stay!! This little gem is situated a short walk from San Marco Square and was easy to access after departing from San Samuele dock. The apartment was clean and beautifully presented with its own hot water system and great amenities. Was perfect for our stay in Venice 🥰❤️

Pro: Stayed here for 4 nights with two friends. Good location and easy to find from the S.Angelo vaporetto stop. Line 1 stops at every stop through the grand canal. It's in an extremely quiet area within walking distance of restaurants. Comfortable memory foam mattress on the double bed. (If you like memory foam mattresses that is). The bed settee was ok but not the best for an adult as a little hard in places. A great place to stay.

Pro: Everything was great. Clean apartment, fully equipped, close to the main square (10 min walk). Would definitely recommend.

Pro: Freshly renovated, modern interior, modern decor. Large bedroom. Good for our family of two adults and two children (11yo and 8yo) who shared the pull-out sofa bed.

Contro: Two very minor things: 1. Tea bags and coffee provided, but unfortunately there was no milk in the fridge. It’s a very minor item, but just a couple of small long-life cartons would have been appreciated. 2. The front door also needs some attention as it is difficult to push/pull open and makes a loud screeching sound every time. It’s open/closed.

Loved the location and property..

Pro: Great location! Wonderful cozy apartment. All amenities at the property were of a good standard. Host was prompt to respond to all queries satisfactorily.

Contro: Air conditioning tends to cut off and on. Maybe due to split inverter air conditioner technology. In peak summer temperatures, tends to be warm momentarily.
