Il piacere di rientrare in appartamento dopo una calda giornata di visite in città!

Pro: Struttura molto accogliente e piacevole. Attrezzata per permanenze medie e adatta a 2 o 4 persone amiche o famigliari. Dotata di ogni comfort dalla cucina ai condizionatori e cosa rara, con ascensore! Molto cortesi ed efficienti i collaboratori!

Contro: Un cambio in più di biancheria bagno se la permanenza è più di due notti ( in un’estate calda!). Ma onestamente credo che se l’avessimo richiesta ci sarebbe stata recapitata!

Spacious accommodations in a beautiful city!

Pro: This large apartment was great! Getting to the upstairs loft after a long day of sightseeing and walking was a bit of a challenge for an older gal, but that's a critique of my ability not the apartment. The owner met us weary travelers out in the nearest square, and if you know Venice at all, you'll know that walking down narrow alleys is definitely something you'll experience. It was nice for first-timers not to have to do that alone. She walked us up to the gate, showed us how everything worked, and later responded very promptly to a question about getting onto the wifi. I was impressed.

Contro: Location was nice, but farther from the canal 'bus stop' than I thought. Still, totally worth it for a great place to stay.

Pro: The location was good. Because locations closer to the center are too crowded, but this one was perfect. Stuff was good also.

Contro: There were problems with hot water sometimes

Beautiful well equipped apartment in a great location.

Pro: It is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful Venetian house with a courtyard and canal exit. Location is great, in my favourite part of Venice. House is well equipped and hosts are responsive and nice. I plan to stay here next time I come to Venice.

We would definitely book again

Pro: It’s quite a big apartment, it was a luxury having two toilets and all the facilities one could need were there. Also the location is PERFECT!

Contro: The toilet upstairs kept running and if you shower there it will definitely get wet. Not a huge problem, more like a side note.

Pro: Nos encantó lo limpio que estaba y la buena ubicación , además de su buena calidad precio.

Contro: Nada

Pro: Nos gustó la ubicación, a 15 minutos andando de lo más lejano por visitar en el centro de Venecia. La calidad del apartamento, la limpieza, la comodidad y lo bonito que es. Tiene ascensor. Las camas son cómodas. Es ideal. Totalmente recomendable.

Contro: Nos gustó todo.

Pro: L’appartement est bien situé, confortable et propre. Décoré avec goût et bien équipé. C’était l’endroit idéal pour y passer 4 nuits.
