Pro: Completa di tutti gli accessori, lavastoviglie, macchina caffè, bollitore, macchina caffè americano, microonde, tre televisori, massima cura nei dettagli (shampoo,, crema mani, bustine del te, camomilla, capsule caffè,zucchero bianco, di canna ecc..) Pulizia molto buona, materassi e cuscini comodi Ottima posizione vicina a rialto Assolutamente da scegliere per un soggiorno a Venezia

Contro: Le scale sono un po’ ripide, per noi non è stato un problema ma è da sapere .

Pro: Posizione molto comoda. Silenziosa, confortevole e curata

ci siamo sentiti a casa!!!!

Pro: Posizione centrale, a disposizione tutto il necessario per la colazione

Short stay in gorgeous Venice

Pro: Lovely apartment ,with everything you could possibly need for a stay . Very clean , nice size too.

Contro: Although we didnt mind them there were 3 flights of steps which some visitors may find hard .

Perfect location, but would appreciate better advice on parking and ferry and meeting location

Pro: Location and well appointed apartment perfect for our needs Kitchen amenities perfect for all be our meal needs Ernst was amazing and help us

Contro: The directions were a tad ambiguous and hard to locate property and meeting place

Family trip to Venice.

Pro: Fantastic location walking distance to rialto bridge, easy to get to from train station, lovely touches with range of tea coffee shampoos etc. very quiet location. Steps to apartment steep but not an issue for our group.

Pro: Quiet atmospheric location with views of a canal, air conditioning, and could make a cup of tea on arrival :)

Pro: The location of this apartment is really convenient for a short stay. The apartment has all what we need both for cooking and for bathing. The host has put lots of efforts to provide small details in order to make the stay of the guests as comfortable and convenient as possible. The highlight of our stay was that we could purchase the fresh seafood at Rialto market and cook by ourselves. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The property is 3 minutes from Rialto Market.

Pro: Ernest was very helpful and helped us find the place. We arrived in a torrential rain storm and I couldn't get my GPS to work properly. After speaking with Ernest he was able to guide us to the apartment. It was a lovely comfortable spot. Very clean.
