Pro: Posizione davvero ottima, ideale per girare Venezia comodamente a piedi. Pulita, letto comodo.

Pro: Stanza accogliente e curata nei dettagli. Bagno moderno. Vista sui tetti di Venezia! Posizione comoda e tranquilla.

Contro: La mancanza di ascensore! Ma è stato un buon esercizio!

Pro: La posizione e la struttura in generale, camere spaziose, pulite e ben arredate

Pro: Posizione, dimensione stanza, facilità di prenotazione e Check in, qualità alloggio, soffitti alti.

Contro: Regolazione temperatura perché i soffitti sono molto alti, non sapevo fosse su 2 piani ma nessun problema.

Pro: Posizione e struttura nuova, camera confortevole. C'è una cucinino utilizzabile dagli ospiti per necessità.

Great place to stay in Venice, super close to everything and very quiet

Pro: The location within the city is perfect to reach all interesting spots and it’s very quiet. The staff was super helpful and very welcoming

Perfect stay in Venice & would definitely stay again.

Pro: The apartment was easy to find, booking in and check out were easy, we were able to leave our bags on the last day in Venice enabling us free time to carry on enjoying the city. Location - 5 minute walk from the jetty for San Stae if using the water bus (€9.50) to arrive into the city well located for St Marc’s square and the Rialto Bridge, within a 10 minute walk to the bridge and a further 10minutes to the square. The property did not disappoint and plenty of room for 4 people. The building itself internally was well decorated, access to the apartment Vivaldi was on the top floor, the last flight of steps being quite steep - there is no lift

Contro: With luggage if your bags are heavy, it is a bit awkward but not a deal breaker.

I really loved my stay — it felt cozy and welcoming from the very first moment.

Pro: The hotel was beautiful and cozy, with clean rooms and lovely decoration. The location is excellent — right in the center, just a 5-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge. All the staff were very kind and helpful. The only small issue was that there were quite a few mosquitoes in the room when we arrived, but the next day, as soon as we mentioned it, they immediately provided an anti-mosquito device. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely choose this hotel again!

Beautiful comfy place in Venice

Pro: Beautiful apartment, great for enjoying the experience in Venice, located in the heart of the city, easy to reach San Marcos square

Contro: Not a dislike, just be prepared for stairs are high in Venice, and not exclusive for this property.

Pro: The location is really great, room was new/nice and clean - it was very easy to check in & check out. We were able to store our luggage in the Romeo&Juliet hotel - what was nice. Our room was on top floor with quite a few stairs - but it's been not an issue for us - but you should be aware.
