Savorgnan Tricamere con terrazza

Appartamento molto bello e accogliente in zona tranquilla e comoda.

Pro: Cucina attrezzata, terrazzo stupendo, tanta luce in tutte le camere, ascensore, posizione ideale a pochi passi dalla stazione ma nello stesso tempo zona tranquilla.

Contro: Il locale wc veramente piccolo che una persona un po’ in sovrappeso avrebbe difficoltà ad usare, comunque accettabile.

PERFETTO

Pro: La struttura si è rivelata da subito accogliente, spaziosa e arredata con gusto. Gli spazi sono stati pensati in modo molto funzionale, tanto che, pur essendo in sei, abbiamo vissuto comodamente l’appartamento per quattro giorni senza alcun inconveniente. La posizione è eccezionale: a soli cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione, un aspetto davvero pratico per visitare Venezia. Il terrazzo, poi, ha conquistato tutti. Durante la golden hour, sorseggiando uno spritz o un buon vino, la vista dall’alto di Venezia ha aggiunto un tocco di magia e romanticismo al soggiorno, rendendolo un’esperienza unica e indimenticabile. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre tempestivo nelle risposte, contribuendo a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Non possiamo che consigliarlo! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Contro: A tutti noi sei è piaciuto tutto dell’appartamento. Le minime osservazioni che vorremmo fare riguardano proprio piccole accortezze che siamo certi potrebbero migliorare ulteriormente l’esperienza: Nello spazio del salotto, sarebbe consigliabile porre un piccolo guardaroba o comunque dei cassetti per le persone che usufruiscono del divano letto (che è molto comodo) ma che purtroppo, si ritrovano a dover lasciare i vestiti nella valigia oppure devono usufruire del guardaroba di una delle due stanze sul primo livello; inoltre, nel nostro caso abbiamo notato la mancanza di detersivo piatti, utile per chi utilizza le stoviglie della cucina. Teniamo però a sottolineare che questi sono dettagli minimi e personali, che non hanno in alcun modo influito sulla qualità del nostro soggiorno, che è stato eccellente.

Great place that needs some maintenance but still very charming

Pro: Very charming and spacious appartment. Good atmosphere, makes you feel at home. Wonderful terrace, perfect to chill out after busy day in venice. Close to main railway station and vaporetto stops yet in a very quiet street.

Contro: The place is charming, very personal and in principle comfortable but it really needs some maintenance. E.g the dishwasher was out of order, most lights in the kitchen were not functioning, from the 4 chairs on the terrace one was already completely broken, the others in bad shape.

A great base away from the chaos.

Pro: This is a home from home amid the crowded tourist chaos that now infects Venice. Obviously it has been someone's home and is all the more pleasant for that. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the terrace, on a good day, is great. The location, close to the station and vaporetto stops, is ideal.

Contro: The terrace, the apartment's great selling point, has evidently been a flowery delight in the past. Unfortunately only a couple of plants have survived - a little more care could make this a true delight.

An apartment with character, in a quiet part of Venice, yet only a few minutes' walk from the central path.

Pro: The atmosphere of the apartment, the cleanliness of the facility, the terrace - everything is great. Everything as in the offer, consistent with the description and photos.

Contro: Everything was ok.

Pro: everything was very clean.. in the kitchen you could find whatever you need. This is the best place. It’s very close to bus station. train station is near. The personal was perfect. thank you. we will be back 😉😉😉

Very nice stay near the Venice station

Pro: 1. Location - The apartment is very near the train station, but in a quiet area. So, while you are very close to the main street, but there is not much noise - which was the perfect combination for us 2. Rooms - The rooms are quite nice with lot of place to sleep. There is also a terrace which is really nice if you want to relax. All the rooms were air conditioned, which was so comfortable as the temperature was quite high when we were there 3. Elevator - There is an elevator which is very helpful since the apartment is in the top floor 4. Host - The host is very helpful and responsive

Contro: Nothing I can think of

Pro: Spacious appartment with terrace in quiet area next to a nice park. Close to train station and Vaporetto stops. Clean and light

Contro: - There are Indeed three sleeping rooms but only one with a proper bed. Second room has a sofa bed which is not very comfortable for two adults. Third space is an attic with bed on the floor, quite hot in the summer. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Would have appreciated to have a correct description of the situation. - There is a lovely terrace but only two old chairs to sit on, nothing else. - Clumsy and small shower - Would have been nice to have the basics: a tea towel, a soap for at least one wash, a soap in the shower, a bottle of water. - Picture doesn’t fully represent the atmosphere, bit more old fashioned but ok😊

Einzigartiges Apartment in Bestlage Venedigs

Pro: Ein tolles Apartment in unschlagbarer Lage – unmittelbare Nähe zum Bahnhof, ruhige Gasse direkt an einem Park. Nicht überlaufen, aber nah genug am Trubel. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, genug Raum für Privatsphäre und gute Ausstattung. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war auch super. 100% Empfehlung!
